Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a motor with small inertia of rotor by providing plural rotors having many rotor teeth on a rotary shaft wherein plural stators having two phase stator windings are arranged in opposition to each rotor. CONSTITUTION:Plural rotors formed many rotary teeth on the surface of external circumference, for example, two rotors 2, 3 are fixed on a rotary shaft 1 by mutually shifting each rotary tooth by 1/4 pitch. Furthermore, for example, four salient-poles for a stator are provided in the direction of radius and stators 7, 8 having plural stator teeth at a tip of each salient-pole are provided in opposition to rotors 2, 3 with each other. A step motor having four phase stator winding as a whole, is composed by providing, for example, two phase stator winding for each salient-pole of each stator 7, 8.
