Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of pump as well as stabilize the working of piston by utilizing all of input as exciting current flowed from AC power source as working power by a method in which initial working power is given to piston by the magnetic force of a permanent magnet and held in it.
CONSTITUTION: During a half cycle, the piston 13 is positively moved in one direction of moving stroke by means of a working force, or the sum of an initial working force of the permanent magnet 5 plus a magnetic force of the excited coil 2, and then during the remaining half cycle, an initial working force of the parmanent magnet 5 is neutralized with a magnetic force of the excited coil 2. And the piston 13 is moved in the other direction of the moving stroke by the repulsive force of the compressed spring 15 on a pressurized side and a liquid sucked on the inlet 6 side is discharged to the outlet 7 side by a reciprocating movement of the piston 13. Thus, because all of input can be utilized as working force, a very high efficiency of working force can be continuously obtained and therefore a highly stabilized reciprocating movement of the piston 13 is made possible.
