Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible stepwise phase controlling without increasing circuit constituting elements by generating the trigger signal corresponding to set time through interrupt processing of a microcomputer thereby performing phase controlling. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulses are formed by a photo coupler PC according to the AC input through a rectifying circuit REC. The microcomputer MPU operating synchronously with this clock pulses makes interrupt operation of the phase control signal corresponding to the timer set value through selection of switches A-C and controls the conduction of a transistor T. As a result of this, the conduction period of a triode AC switch TRC is controlled by a transformer T, by which the phase of AC input is controlled and the AC voltage applied to a lamp 34, etc. is controlled stepwise according to setting, whereby the controlling, etc. of the exposure is accomplished. With this constitution, the phase controlling may be performed stepwise without increasing the circuit constituting elements according to the discrete stepwise change.
