CONSTITUTION:Based on the procedure memorized in system memory 18, the data contents of the still picture signals stored in main memory 9 and color memory 10 are supplied to parallel-serial converter circuit 19 via CPU13 to be converted into the serial data and then recorded on recorder 21 after the level adjustment given with the fixed bit rate. At the same time, the recorded still picture data is transferred to memories 9 and 10 for storing through connection between the output terminal of recorder 21 and interface 20. Thus the still picture data can also be reproduced on the TV screen.
