Abstract

PURPOSE: Unpolished rice, after dipped in water, is crushed into a powder and combined with hot water and saccharide to give said health food with high nutrition.
CONSTITUTION: One part by volume of unpolished rice is dipped in water and stood for about 24W48hr. The water-containing unpolished rice is crushed with a crusher, e.g., large-size mixer, into a powder of unpolished rice with tackifying property. The resulting powder is combined with 10W15 parts of hot water and 1 part of saccharide. The saccharide employed is, e.g., honey or sucrose and when sucrose is usde, granulated sugar is preferred. The hot water is preferably boiling one.
