Abstract
PURPOSE:To leseen the deviation of an oscillation frequency and also to increase oscillation output power by providing a subordinate waveguide corresponding to the fractional harmonic wave of an output signal and further a cavity resonator to the subordinate waveguide, in addition to main waveguides for oscillation output. CONSTITUTION:Through external conductor 3 and voltage supply rod 2 constituting a coaxial part, a bias voltage is supplied to oscillating diode 1. Band-stopping filter 4 stops an oscillation wave of an target frequency from leaking into the coaxial part. Main rectangular waveguides 5 and 5' match diode 1 and the coaxial part, main standard rectangular waveguide 6 extracts an oscillation output signal, and taper part 7 matches waveguide 5 with waveguide 6. Absorbers 9 and 10 absorb unneeded waves. Then, cavity resonator 13 and absorber 14 are formed for subordinate waveguide 12.
