As a synthetic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene or the like can be used and, as a corrosive high molecular substance, a starchy corrosive high molecular substance, a sugary corrosive high molecular substance or the like can be used. Moreover, as a water soluble high molecular substance, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate or the like can be used. A mixing ratio of above described synthetic resin and a corrosive high molecular substance or the like is preferably 10W15pts.wt. of a corrosive high molecular substance or the like to 100pts.wt. of a synthetic resin.
