Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically perform pulling-in of tape cassette, mounting and releasing of mounting to play position and pulling-out of tape cassette by providing a motor having a main gear which is intermeshed with both intermittently toothed gears. CONSTITUTION:As a motor C revolves, a lift gear 100 is rotated only 1 turn forcefully in the same direction. This causes an L-form plate 114 is turned and energized to support a thrust pin 25 and raise this upward. At the time when the thrust pin 25 is raised uppermost, it becomes that the notch 102 of the lift gear 100 faces the main gear G and a cassette containing tube B is held the ascended position. The tape cassette is then automatically discharged to the outside of the cassette containing tube B.
