Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent trasmission leak by divising the transmission mode of a branch station into two kinds and by monitoring preset data at the branch station so that 1/M of all the data is transmitted to a once poling in the case of no change and so that all the data may be fed in the case of any change.
CONSTITUTION: The number of all the data to be transmitted by a branch station is set at 20, and No. 1 to 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 12, 13 to 16 and 17 to 20 are transmitted for a short mode with M=5. If all of the twenty data are made into the monitoring mode, the branch station is equipped with means for detecting the changes in the twenty data. In case any change in any data is detected, the transmission modes for all items are used for the next poling to transmit all of the twenty data. As a result, the data collecting time for circulating all the branch stations can be shortened to a level close to 1/M of the conventional data collecting time. Moreover, the changes in the important data can be prevented from failing to be transmitted.
