Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure an easy selection and switching for the character information, the TV video and the overlap video of the former two by giving the switching generation to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd control signals supplied from the control signal generating device via the 1st and 2nd switch circuits.
CONSTITUTION: Control signal generating device 8 generates the 1st, 2nd and 3rd control signals in correspondence to the manual selection switch T, C and S each which are operated by the receiver. The 1st control signal stops the intermittent operation of switch circuit 62 to project the TV broadcast video on the CRT screen and then maintains the closure of switch circuit 7. The 2nd control signal secures the intermittent operation for circuit 62 to project the multiplied information such as the characters, patterns and the like on the screen. The 3rd control signal ensures the intermittent operation for circuit 62 to maintain the closure of circuit 7 in order to project the multiplied information overlapping the TV broadcast video on the screen. Thus, an easy selection and switching is secured for the character information, the TV video and the overlap video of the former two respectively.
