PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain sectional pictures in a high speed and apply tomograph to the industry measurement field by using an analogue memory as the picture meory. CONSTITUTION:An object which has a uniform transmittivity for X rays and has one position difficult to transmit X rays through is scanned by narrow beam-shaped X rays from an X-ray source, and X rays are received a detector to obtain waveform p1. Next, the position of the X-ray source and the detector is changed to obtain waveforms p2 and p3.
