CONSTITUTION:Crystal vibrator 1 and active element 2 are both flat, and passive element 2 is an IC chip in this case. Mold resin 3 protects chip 2 and is in a base- body shape as a circuit block. Lead-terminal group 5 serves as input and output terminals to and from chip 2 and vibrator 1, and slso for the fixture to another circuit substrate.
