Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a circuits and to improve its performance by constituting a slot circuit and an output line on a metal plate at the same time, and by forming a high- frequency choke of 1/4 wavelength along a slit between the output line and the metal plate of the slot circuit. CONSTITUTION:On metal plate 11, slot circuit 12 and 12', IF output line 13, 1/4-wavelength slots 14 and 14' provided at positions inside of waveguides 20 and 20', and 1/4-wavelength slots 15 and 15' provided along line 13 are formed. Slots 14 and 14', and 15 and 15' constitute a high-frequency choke. On line 13, part 16 between split waveguides 20 and 20' is made narrower and thinner than any other part of line 13. Mixer diode 18 is mounted through lead-wire slits 19 and 19' provided to one side of slot circuit 12 and IF output line 13. Line 13 is manufactered into one on metal plate 11 by link parts 17 and 17', and diode 18 can also be wired on metal plate 11. As a result, a high-performance and simple-constitution microwave circuit which can be mass-produced can be obtained by easy operation.
