Abstract
PURPOSE:Cooling energy generated by partial evaporation in a intermediate pressure liquefier is used to precool raw material air, the pressure is utilized for a low pressure expansion turbine, and low temperature N2 gas is generated and mixed with circulating N2 gas to effectively collect energy.
