A plurality of storage rooms such as a vegetable room are provided, and the room temperatures are different from each other. Since the freezing room is relatively infrequently used, it is known that the freezing room is disposed in the lowermost room of the refrigerator and further provided with a drawer door so that cool air does not escape outside the refrigerator. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a refrigerator door 1 is provided at an upper portion of a refrigerator main body 1 to provide a refrigerator compartment, and a drawer door 3 is provided at a lower portion thereof to be used as a freezer compartment. As shown in FIG. 5, the freezer compartment accommodates a lower case 4 having a front portion attached to a drawer door (not shown), and an upper case 5 and an ice container 6 for storing ice thereon. It is common that the guide rails 8 on the side walls are used to freely move in and out.

Because it is left as it is, it has been designed to be drawn out along the guide rail 8 on the side wall of the freezer compartment 7 to put in and out the stored items. The ice container 6 was also used by the same means as the upper case 5.

The upper case 5, which is easy to use because it is located above the lower case 4, has the inconvenience of having to pull it out of the freezer compartment every time it is used after the lower case 4 is pulled out.

It could not be said that the space on the upper surface of the lower case 4 was efficiently used.

When the drawer door is pulled out, the upper case engaged with the lower case is also pulled out at the same time, and the upper case is used as a main body, and when using the lower case, the upper case and the lower case are disengaged from each other. The upper case is pushed deep into the refrigerator and the lower case is used.

An upper case that is located within the range of the door surface of the door and that has an upper surface that can be pulled out like the drawer door and that has an open upper surface, wherein the upper case is movable between a position covering the upper surface opening of the lower case and a position not covering the upper case, The upper case and the lower case are engaged by an engaging portion, the engaging portion of the upper case is formed by a convex portion, and the engaging portion of the lower case is formed by a chevron-shaped guide surface. Is formed at the upper end of the side surface of the lower case, and the surface inclined toward the drawer door is sharply inclined on the opposite side, and when the drawer door is stored in the refrigerator main body, the convex portion guides the guide. On the steeply inclined side of the Covering the upper surface of the scan in upper case, are those formed by the drawer door an inclined surface contacting moving the convex portion of the upper case from sharp sloping surface side in pulled out from the refrigerator main body to gently inclined face.

And can be stored at the same time. In addition, when the user moves the upper case into the refrigerator after pulling out the drawer door, the upper case can be pushed in and then gradually moved on a gentle slope after climbing over the top of the guideway. It does not give the discomfort of rattling.

Then, the front surface of the lower case, which can be moved in and out by sliding back and forth, is attached to the drawer door. Therefore, when the drawer door is pulled out, the lower case can be pulled out of the refrigerator together with the drawer door. Here, the means for attaching the lower case to the drawer door may be such that the protrusion on the front surface of the lower case is fitted into the groove provided in the drawer door and both are fixed with a fitting, or other mounting means. Is also good.

It is preferable that the engagement between the upper case and the lower case by the engagement means be released by an operation as simple as possible. The engagement mechanism can be disengaged by a manual push-button operation or a rotation operation, but by merely giving the elasticity to at least one of the upper case and the lower case, the upper case can simply be pushed inward. By performing the above operation, the engagement between the upper case and the lower case can be released.
