[0003] In such a ventilation method, the space between the heat insulating material and the outer wall material is usually secured by a base material such as a vertical waist edge or a horizontal waist edge for attaching the outer wall material outside the heat insulating material. A ventilation space is formed between a plurality of body edges arranged in parallel. In such a ventilation space, it is necessary for the air to flow in the vertical or horizontal direction over the entire wall surface. If the air is blocked halfway by a frame material of an opening provided in the wall surface, the air stays and the ventilation method is used. Effect is significantly impaired.

FIG. 7 is an external view of a wall including a window of a general ventilation type house. The outer wall 1 has a sash 6 attached to four edges of a rectangular opening 5 surrounded by a pillar 2 made of wood on the building frame side, a gate (upper frame material) 3 and a window sill (lower frame material) 4. A frame is formed, and a window member 7 (shoji) made of, for example, double-glazing is fitted therein. A wall panel made of a heat insulating material (not shown) is attached to the skeleton side, and a plurality of horizontal trunks 8 are provided outside the heat insulating material via waterproof paper (not shown) or the like.
And the vertical waist edge 9 is fixed in parallel at a predetermined interval. An outer wall material (siding material) 10 constituting an outer wall surface is attached to the outside of the horizontal waist edge 8 and the vertical waist edge 9.

However, in the conventional ventilated house, the ends of the torso edges 8 and 9 come into contact with the sash 6 constituting the outer frame of the opening.
The ventilation space 15 of the outer wall formed between the body edges is blocked by the sash 6 of the opening outer frame, and the air circulation is hindered, and the humid air stays.

In order to prevent such a blockage of the ventilation space 15, a method of forming a gap by stopping the end of the torso at the front side without contacting the sash can be considered, but it is difficult to perform the construction on site. A gap cannot be reliably formed between the sash and the body edge. Further, in this case, if the trunk edge is far away from the sash, the fixing of the outer wall material becomes unstable, and a problem arises in that it is difficult to attach a backer for receiving the sealing material when applying a wet seal.

According to this structure, the sashes on the vertical frame side and the horizontal frame side of the opening of the outer wall of the building each have a rectangular tube portion forming a ventilation path, and the ventilation path is connected to the ventilation space through the ventilation hole. Even if the base material is abutted against the sash (square tube portion), the ventilation space between the adjacent base materials communicates with the air passage in the square tube portion, and the air flows through this air passage. Further, since the square tubular portions of the sashes on the vertical frame side and the horizontal frame side communicate with each other, the air flow is further smoothly performed, and the ventilation action is promoted.

As described above, in the present invention, the sashes on the vertical frame side and the horizontal frame side of the opening of the outer wall of the building each have a rectangular tube portion forming an air passage, and this air passage is provided. Since the base material communicates with the ventilation space through the pores, the ventilation space between the adjacent base materials communicates with the ventilation path in the rectangular tube part even when the base material is abutted against the sash (square tube part), and the air passes through this ventilation path. Distribute via Further, since the square tubular portions of the sashes on the vertical frame side and the horizontal frame side communicate with each other, the air flow is further smoothly performed, and the ventilation action is promoted. As a result, in a house building by the ventilation method, the base material can be securely fixed to the skeleton side by abutting the base material on the sash, and the work of mounting the base material becomes easy, and the ventilation is blocked by the window frame part of the outer wall, etc. The air can be smoothly flowed without being removed, moisture can be removed, and dew condensation can be prevented, and the function of preventing heat insulation and wood from deteriorating can be enhanced. In this case, if a square pipe or the like separate from the sash body is used as the square tube portion, the existing sash can be effectively used as the sash for the ventilation method.

Further, since the base material is abutted against the sash and is securely fixed to the skeleton, and the outer wall material is fixed to the base material, the outer wall material is sufficiently firmly fixed to the skeleton side. Further, the gap between the outer wall material or the base material and the sash is reduced, so that the sealing operation is facilitated and the reliability of the seal is enhanced.
