[0003] These methods are easier to construct than the asphalt waterproofing thermal method, but the sheet waterproofing method has poor watertight reliability at the joints between the ends of the sheet. There is a problem that the waterproof coating method can seamlessly finish the entire waterproof layer without any seam. However, there is a problem that it is not easy on site to determine whether the specified film thickness can be secured uniformly.

That is, in the sheet waterproofing method, since the sheet is formed into a prescribed shape, a desired film thickness can be ensured only by splicing on site, and a waterproof layer can be formed without a curing curing period. However, chloroprene rubber-based, butyl rubber-based adhesives and other adhesives are used to bond the sheets together.
The watertightness was not always perfect due to the shift movement due to the movement of the groundwork. In addition, the adhesion between the sheet and the surface of the concrete frame was affected by many factors such as insufficient adjustment of the groundwork, insufficient kneading of the adhesive, insufficient amount of application, and incorrect timing of bonding, and adhesion failure was likely to occur.

[0005] In the coating waterproofing method, the two liquids are prepared and agitated on site and applied with a trowel or the like, so that there is no joint in the sheet waterproofing method, and the entire surface is seamless, that is, an integral waterproof layer can be formed on the entire surface. . In addition, since the coating film is formed while reacting and curing, the adhesiveness with the base is excellent. It was unknown whether it was secured uniformly.

Therefore, a composite construction method in which a synthetic polymer sheet and a urethane coating waterproofing material are double-laminated in order to make up for both of these drawbacks is conceivable. That is, a method in which a synthetic polymer sheet is attached to a base, and a urethane coating waterproof material is laminated thereon. In this case, various problems occur because the method of applying a thin film-like adhesive tape and coating a urethane coating waterproof material thereon is applied to the joint between the sheet ends.

First, if it is raining immediately before the urethane coating waterproofing material is applied, the waterproofness of the joint becomes insufficient, and rainwater may enter through a gap between the sheet and the adhesive tape. Next, when a urethane coating waterproofing material containing a solvent is applied on the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the solvent swells the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and tends to cause curling and peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

[0008] Even if the urethane coating waterproofing material is safely applied, "blisters" due to evaporation of the moisture in the base concentrate in the gaps of the sheet joints, peel off the adhesive tape and push up the adhesive tape, Swelling is likely to occur at the joints. Furthermore, due to a temperature change or the like, the stress when the sheet shrinks is concentrated on the joint, and the urethane coating waterproof material is easily cut.

Since the urethane coating waterproof material (A) is laminated, a synthetic rubber-based sheet having mechanical properties such as elongation similar to urethane resin is preferable. The thickness of the synthetic polymer sheet is preferably 0.2 mm or more and 3.0 mm or less. 0.2
If it is less than mm, the strength of the sheet itself will be insufficient and the reliability of waterproofness will be poor. If it exceeds 3.0 mm, it becomes difficult to handle the sheet in terms of flexibility and weight.

When a nonwoven fabric is laminated on the upper surface of the sheet, the urethane coating waterproof material (A) is applied to the nonwoven fabric on the upper surface of the sheet.
Is impregnated, so that the adhesion to the urethane coating waterproofing material (A) can be further improved. When a nonwoven fabric is laminated on the lower surface of the sheet, it plays a role of a ventilation layer that removes the adhesion to the base and the base moisture in the horizontal direction. That is, it is preferable that the sheet is applied by applying a urethane-based adhesive to the base, and in this case, when the nonwoven fabric is laminated on the lower surface of the sheet, the adhesive is appropriately impregnated into the nonwoven fabric and reacts and hardens. Therefore, it can be firmly adhered to the substrate.

It is preferable that the edge of the sheet and the edge of the sheet do not overlap. That is, it is preferable to attach the sheet to the base such that the ends of the sheet are attached to each other. When the ends of the sheet are overlapped, the thickness of the joint at the end of the sheet becomes large, which may cause protrusions on the surface of the finally obtained waterproof structure, or a urethane coating waterproof material ( This is not preferable because the thickness of the waterproof coating layer (hereinafter, urethane coating waterproof layer (a)) obtained by curing A) may be uneven.

[Coating film waterproofing material (B)] In the present invention, the joint between the ends of the sheet is covered with a reinforcing cloth, and the coating film waterproofing material (B) is applied and impregnated on the reinforcing cloth. The coating film waterproofing material is a liquid material that can be cured to form a coating film. The waterproof coating material is preferably urethane. Further, a waterproof coating material having thixotropic properties is preferred. As the urethane-based coating waterproofing material having thixotropic properties, a urethane sealing material or a urethane coating waterproofing material for vertical surface use (for rising) is preferable. It is not preferable to use a coating film waterproofing material for a flat field that requires leveling properties, since the thickness cannot be secured on the reinforcing cloth and flows into the joint gap of the sheets to block air permeability between the sheets.
