Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection plug which causes no trouble, even if there are carelessness or error in handling or lack of the education by using a new part, changing the shape of the injection plug, and changing the structure, the quality, etc., in the injection plug whose shape directly causes present various troubles. SOLUTION: A figure shows such a state that an indwelling needle 8, an injection plug 7, an injection needle 6, etc., are connected to each other via a connecting part 17, a rubber membrane 14, etc., and punctured into the blood vessel. In this way, the top end of the injection plug 7 where the rubber membrane 14 is positioned is considerably separated from the skin. An absorbent cotton pillow material 12 is inserted so as not lose the space and an adhesive plaster 18 is applied thereon so as to fix it. If the absorbent cotton pillow material 12 is not inserted, the indwelling part of the indwelling needle 8 is bent so as to cause vascular ache as well as inflammation of the skin and liquid medicine is prevented from flowing smoothly. This constitution is a safe and sure method without causing any trouble.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional infusion device is a direct puncture type infusion device. As shown in FIG. 1, when an infusion needle 6 at the tip of the infusion device needs to be infused, it is punctured into a blood vessel of a patient each time. She came with the pain of a puncture. The pain of severely ill patients who had to undergo repeated infusions over a long period of time was severe. Blood vessels in the body became puncture marks one after another, and doctors and nurses were very nervous when searching for intact blood vessels.

[0003] Therefore, each time the patient suffers pain,
For both doctors and nurses, there has long been a desire to improve conventional direct puncture infusion devices, which require a significant amount of labor. The indwelling needle-type infusion device has emerged with the expectation of the medical community after many years of suffering for both patients and doctors.

[0004] The indwelling needle type drip infusion device will be briefly described. As shown in Fig. 2, an injection needle 6 directly pierced into a blood vessel in Fig. 1 is applied to a rubber coating 14 at an upper end of a cylindrical one called an injection plug 7. You can see that it was punctured. At the tip of the injection plug 7, there is another injection needle called an indwelling needle 8, which is punctured in a blood vessel in FIG. This is the most prominent feature and strength of the indwelling needle type infusion device, where the catchphrase is: `` Limit the patient's pain only the first time and safely place the first needle on the skin, literally puncturing the blood vessel. There is no pain since the injection needle 6 is merely inserted into the rubber coating 14 of the injection plug 7 connected to the retained injection needle, that is, the indwelling needle 8 any number of times thereafter, that is, a connector between the living human body and the injection needle. A painless drip can be performed using the injection plug 7 that has been waiting for the function as a "." In addition, a completely new drip infusion device that "only hurts the first time" and "has no trouble" has been appeared.

[0005] Because it was common knowledge that injections hurt, it was more appealing to rabbits to say that they only hurt once. Since patient pain reduction and labor saving of doctors and nurses were also catchphrases,
It would not be an exaggeration to say that it spread like a fire in Liaoyuan to the medical community. I heard that there is no better thing than this.

In spite of the excellent idea of the indwelling needle type infusion device itself, which should be acclaimed both theoretically and structurally, in actual medical practice, patients Both medical and healthcare professionals have heard that this incredible idea of the indwelling needle infusion device has not been acclaimed but, on the contrary, it has been a source of trouble.

It was only after summarizing what we heard directly from the many health care workers and patients in the room that we had been able to contact during that time that it could be explained as a trouble.

[0008] Even a great idea from the past has an unexpected and unexpected blind spot, and it can be said that it is rather an incident in the development stage of things. Discovered that the cause of the trouble was a latent defect on the device side, or a human error in operation or a chance to calm down and observe as a patient from various aspects resulted in minor oversights on both sides The circumstances that led to this are described below. Although they are not serious defects, I realized that if left unchecked, they could eventually become serious defects that could impair the true value of the indwelling needle type infusion device. We will cooperate in the form of "improving the plug". Detailed discussions are omitted at this time,
First of all, I will explain only what I have learned as a real experience.

[(1) FIGS. 7 and 8 show the first indwelling needle after hospitalization.
When the arm is punctured like a stomach, strongly adhered with an adhesive bandage and drip started 4 to 5 hours later, inflammation occurred around the skin that was strongly adhered and secured with an adhesive bandage, specifically around the puncture point of the indwelling needle My pain has gone down. Nurses say rash due to bandage allergy to the skin, which is different from rash. It became red and swollen around the point where the injection needle stuck. (2) After 6.7 hours, the flow of the infusion of the infusion becomes slow and sometimes stagnates. Ask a nurse to adjust the amount of infusion. However, it stagnates immediately and becomes useless. (3) From about 10 hours, the pain of inflammation changes to pain. Soon the infusion of the drip leaks out and the area around the adhesive bandage gets wet and the clothes and bed get wet. Call a nurse and replace the wet one. The nurse says, "Why is this going to happen again?" The nurse's solitary word "again ..." is worrisome. (4) The part of the indwelling needle stuck in the blood vessel is starting to come out little by little, and it can be seen by amateur eyes through the bandage. The indwelling needle comes out of the bandage of the adhesive plaster, curves like an arc, and the infusion is bleeding outside. I think it's obviously anomalous, but I can't say anything more than just the outsider. I just put up with the pain. (5) After about 12 hours, the infusion is completely stopped and infusion cannot be performed. If you are told that you must continue infusion to dissolve the material in the infarcted blood vessels around the blood vessels that are still infarcting the brain, you will be patient and patient. The indwelling needle was replaced with a new one, feeling painful again. These days were repeated from the first day in the same pattern. (6) The left and right arms become red and swollen due to inflammation around the second week, and the veins begin to feel severe vascular pain and are endured by replacing the indwelling needle that has become unusable almost twice a day. It's spicy. The physician came to try to puncture the blood vessels in the lower legs on both sides with a syringe needle. I was looking for a new spot where I could drip. 』

As described above, the present inventor's long-term infusion treatment was extremely painful. However, he assumed that "infusion is such a thing", and other patients in the room seemed to be more or less painful. When I saw what he was doing, he thought that he should be patient, even if it was painful to cure the disease.

However, one of the doctors of a night shift intern complained that there was no place to puncture the indwelling needle, and said, "Isn't the indwelling needle really what it is?
It's weird to change it twice a day ... "
When he heard that he leaked himself, he felt clearly contradictory to the catchphrase, saying, "After puncturing once, paradise. You can place the injection needle and use it many times." I came to think that this situation that all the patients were encountering was not normal. If so why? I thought something was abnormal and there was something to improve. This is exactly the task imposed on the indwelling needle type infusion device itself,
It was a great fate for the inventor himself, who was present at that time.

As a practical matter, starting from the first day of hospitalization, about 2
Over the course of a long period of time, I was able to put up with irritable skin irritant pain and venous vascular pain, and so on, because patients in the same room have been suffering from various pains as well as the present inventor. Because the figure was seen every day. When you see a roommate who is suffering as well as you, you suddenly assume that it is normal. The inventor gave up thinking that he could not help this much because he was suffering from a serious illness, and a kind of illusion that he thought that his pain should be normal because everyone was suffering similarly. It seems that he could endure so much.

However, at the point when he heard the clear negative words of one intern doctor, he said, "It is abnormal that the pain is normal, and it is normal that it does not hurt." It is natural that the way of thinking about the pain given has changed by 180 degrees. The inventor's desire to find the cause was accelerated.

[0014] From that viewpoint, the information on the extraneous information heard from various people in the hospital is summarized. Doctors and nurses at medical sites, even after using the indwelling needle, have been able to obtain skin information from many patients. It is said that he often tilts his head every time phenomena such as inflammation and vascular pain, and leakage or stagnation of drug solution occur frequently. From the point of view of hygiene, while replacing a new indwelling needle every time a trouble occurs, I was worried about the uneconomic and irrational reasons why I had to use many such expensive indwelling needles There were many things.

As a result of collecting and analyzing various causes, what was ultimately found was as follows. In other words, the shape of the injection plug connected to the indwelling needle was first estimated to have a first cause, and as a result of observing it closely, the area near the point where the injection plug was connected to the indwelling needle became thicker with a step, so that the thicker part It has been found that the outer periphery becomes a fulcrum of the lever when the bandage is strongly adhered and the injection plug is pressed and fixed to the skin. As a result, the indwelling portion 9 (see FIG. 4) pierced into the blood vessel at the tip of the indwelling needle is easily pushed up because the effect of the lever is instantaneous. More specifically, even though the indwelling part 9 is obliquely punctured in the blood vessel, the serially arranged injection plugs are stuck in parallel with the skin, so that the oblique indwelling part 9 pierced into the blood vessel is inevitably attached. In this case, no alignment was obtained in the direction, and the indwelling portion 9 which was the weakest point was forcibly pushed and bent.

The pushing stress applied to the indwelling portion 9 of the indwelling needle 8 constantly stimulates the skin and blood vessels, resulting in dermatitis and vascular pain. Not only that, but the indwelling part 9 was eventually bent and bent, and eventually it broke down and became impervious to the chemical solution, and had to be replaced many times with new ones and started over. Considering why the trouble did not come to the surface despite many troubles, the first thing is that the patient was patient when interpreted well. On the other hand, what was the most unfortunate thing was that no one in the medical field noticed such a simple matter. Probably, it can be inferred that among the many people who work in the medical field, none of the elderly people with the illness like the present inventor had, and none had to receive long-term intravenous drip. This is because pain, itching and pain cannot be understood without actually experiencing the patient as a patient.

The solution to this problem builds on the idea of failsafe and emphasizes that no matter who uses it, it must never be such as to afflict the patient. In other words, even if there is a lack of care or error in handling, it is believed that providing an item that does not necessarily cause a trouble due to lack of education is the ultimate problem of the present invention, and it is in line with the purpose. Thus, the present invention has been made.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first attempt is to pay attention to the fact that the indwelling needle of the indwelling needle type infusion device pierces the blood vessel at a slight angle, and the injection plug directly connected to the inevitably has an oblique angle. Because there is a considerable gap between the skin and the top of the injection plug near the upper end, sandwich the pillow only the size of the gap so as to ignore the gap as in the past and stick it with a bandage saw. This is the absorbent cotton pillow material 12 formed of compressed cotton. Since this pillow is in a position-adjustable state, if the position is determined and the pillow is adhered to the skin with a plaster from above, the indwelling needle 8 and the injection plug 7 will not be forced. Therefore, the indwelling needle type drip device can be exhibited. This is the result of the inventor actually requesting a nurse during hospitalization and treatment to make a pillow material and conducting experiments to obtain results. The pillow material does not have to be made of absorbent cotton, and may be anything that is non-slip and gentle on the skin. With this method, the injection plug is not modified at all and the conventional one can be used as it is, but it takes time and effort to make and pinch the pillow material, and the troublesome aspect cannot be denied. But it must be emphasized that this was the first step in solving all problems.

FIGS. 10 and 11 show a solution in which the injection plug 7 is provided with legs. In order to prevent the indwelling needle from jumping up with a lever, a leg as a stick is attached. The legs may be built-in or detachable. In this case, the shape of the injection plug 7 may be a conventional one, or may be provided with a fixed leg again.

As another means, as shown in FIG. 12, the shape of the injection plug itself is substantially a triangular pyramid type or a deformed spindle type. The indwelling needle is connected in series to the triangular pyramid or spindle-shaped narrowed lower end. In the case of conventional injection plugs, the lower end and the upper end have the same outer thickness, so the distance from the skin surface gradually increases toward the upper end of the injection plug, and the transition of the distance is narrow when viewed from the side. It was a triangle (see FIG. 6). This gap was the hidden crying spot of the indwelling needle type infusion device. If you make a triangular pyramid or spindle type that has a sufficient angle to fill the gap of the triangle, even if you stick the Yoshinba injection plug to the skin with a plaster, you will never apply excessive force to the indwelling needle , Literally a fail-safe structure. That is the solution.

Another solution is to connect the indwelling needle 8 and the injection plug 7 with a ball joint system as shown in FIG. 13 so that the adverse effect of the angle change of the injection plug is not directly transmitted to the indwelling needle. It is. In this case, the movement of the injection plug refers to the vertical movement of the upper end of the injection plug and the deflection of the left and right. The effect of this movement on the indwelling needle and the result are very important factors. The connection absorbs any movement and does not transmit harm to the indwelling needle.

The next solution is as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, a part or the connection part of the injection plug 7 is made of a flexible material, and any movement of the injection plug into the indwelling needle inserted into the blood vessel similarly to the above-mentioned ball joint causes the part made of the flexible material to bend freely. This is a solution that does not convey.

When the injection plug improved by the present invention is used for an indwelling needle type infusion device in use, the injection plug which has been produced by improper use of a bandage is literally caused by the structure and function of the failsafe in any case. In addition to preventing skin inflammation and vascular pain caused by harmful stress, the indwelling needle is not subjected to excessive force from any direction without special attention, ensuring a smooth injection of the drug solution. Now you can. In addition, one indwelling needle and injection plug can be used repeatedly according to the catchphrase, which is the main feature of the indwelling needle, so that it is possible to use it repeatedly as many times as possible, not only to reduce patient pain. This also contributes to the labor saving of doctors and nurses at medical sites, which is one of the original features of the indwelling needle, and can achieve outstanding effects in all aspects.

FIG. 1 is an overall explanatory view of an embodiment of an infusion device which has been used for a long time. This shows a state in which the drug solution dropped from the drug solution container 1 through the upper thin tube 2 into the drip tube 3 flows down into the lower thin tube 4, passes through the flow regulator 5, and is injected into the body from the injection needle 6. The injection needle 6 is pierced directly into the blood vessel through the skin. Older infusion devices of this type had to puncture or withdraw the injection needle 6 into the patient's blood vessel each time, so that the patient had to accept the pain each time.

FIG. 2 shows that the disadvantage of the old type of infusion device of FIG. 1 has been eliminated and the patient feels pain only once, after that, the patient and the doctor and the doctor are comfortable. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS It is the whole explanatory drawing of the Example of the indwelling needle type drip apparatus which is a periodical invention. 1 is a drug solution container, 2 is an upper thin tube, 3 is a drip tube, 4 is a lower thin tube, 5 is a flow rate controller, and 6 is an injection needle. However, what has changed significantly here is that the number of components at the tip of the injection needle 6 has increased. As shown in the drawing, the injection needle 6 is pierced into the rubber film 14 at the upper end of the injection plug 7. Subsequently, the lower end of the injection plug 7 is connected to the indwelling needle 8 via an indwelling needle connecting portion 17. It can be seen that the indwelling needle 8 penetrates the skin and sticks into the blood vessel while maintaining an oblique shallow angle. Therefore injection plug 7
From the side, it can be seen that an elongated triangular gap is formed between the skin and the upper surface of the skin (see FIG. 6).

As a result of previous experiential investigations and comprehensive interviews with healthcare professionals, as to the reason why the indwelling needle type infusion device causes skin irritation and vascular pain, the elongated triangular shape was obtained. The ignorance of the gap has been highlighted as the root of various troubles so far.

Because the indwelling needle 8 and the injection plug 7 are connected in series and are on a straight line, as is apparent from FIG. Both have no flexibility between each other due to the solid material being connected. However, at the medical site, ignoring this fact, the injection plug 7 and the indwelling needle 8 are set with the adhesive plaster 18 and extremely strongly adhered to the skin. Although the narrow triangular gap in FIG. 6 naturally existed as an insertion angle of the indwelling needle 8, it was ignored and pressed with a bandage and stuck. The result is that bending stress acts on the indwelling needle 8 and continuously damages the skin and blood vessels, causing inflammation and vascular pain.

Reference numeral 12 in FIGS. 2 and 9 denotes a pillow made of absorbent cotton made of compressed cotton. In order to fill the elongated triangular gap of the case of FIG. 6, the height of the absorbent cotton pillow 12 was made to substantially match the size of the gap. Next, the absorbent cotton pillow 12 was sandwiched between the gaps, and was fixed to the skin with the adhesive plaster 18 from above the injection plug 7. Since no harmful stress was applied to the indwelling needle 8, the area around the needle insertion point was not applied. No inflammation, no vascular pain, and no accidental bleeding on the skin of the patient.
By simply connecting the injection needle 6 to the rubber film 14 at the upper end of the infusion needle and pulling it out, it was possible to complete the extremely safe drip as described in the efficacy of the indwelling needle type drip infusion apparatus without any pain. It is not an exaggeration to say that the outstanding excellence of the indwelling needle type infusion device could be proved for the first time.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view showing a state before the indwelling needle 8 is used. The indwelling needle 8 indicates the entire needle. This indwelling needle consists of two parts that can be divided. One is a disposable injection needle 10 which is withdrawn after being inserted into a blood vessel.
The other hatched portion in the drawing is the indwelling portion 9 left in the blood vessel of the indwelling needle 8. The indwelling portion 9 is made of a resin-based material that does not deteriorate even in long-term contact with blood or body fluid. The other part, that is, the disposable injection needle 10 is made of metal and is mostly covered with the indwelling part 9. Since the tip 11 of the disposable injection needle has a sharp blade, it is useful only when the indwelling needle 8 is punctured into a blood vessel, and is used after puncturing. Then, it is discarded after being extracted.

Thereafter, only the indwelling portion 9 is left in the body with the blood vessel pierced, and the injection plug 7 is connected immediately after the injection needle 10 is withdrawn and disposable, as shown in FIG.
It looks like The lower end of the injection plug 7 serves as an indwelling needle connecting portion 17 so that the indwelling needle 8 can be fitted and easily detached. Since the indwelling portion 9 of the indwelling needle 8 remaining in the blood vessel is made of a resin and has a relatively low strength, it is preferable that a lateral force is not applied so much after puncturing the blood vessel.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged explanatory view from the side showing a state of actually piercing a blood vessel. The elongated triangular gap between the injection plug 7 and the skin is clearly seen. Until now, the elongated triangle has been neglected, and has been neglected and crushed with an adhesive plaster, which has caused various troubles of the indwelling needle type infusion device.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged side view of the indwelling needle type infusion device during use. It is explanatory drawing which showed the bad example which pressed and fixed the injection plug by the bandage. In this example, the elongated triangle is completely neglected, and the distal end of the indwelling needle 8 shows a state in which it is starting to bend due to bending stress. The skin near the needle is constantly being pulled or pulled, indicating that the inflammation has already started. This state may be regarded as a state during use of most of the indwelling needle type infusion devices up to now.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged explanatory view showing a state that has been further deteriorated after a lapse of more than ten hours from the state of FIG. The bending stress applied to the indwelling portion 9 of the indwelling needle 8 finally bends the indwelling portion 9 of the injection tube made of resin. In this state, not only inflammation of the skin but also vascular pain occurs, and the suffering almost reaches the limit. The patient is moaning. Since the hollow portion of the indwelling portion 9 is also crushed and narrowed, a smooth flow cannot be maintained, and as a result, the chemical solution leaks out to the outside, and the clothes and the bed often become wet. It is common practice that the flow of the drug solution is completely stopped after this state, and a new indwelling needle must be punctured and replaced. Such a phenomenon is not a rare phenomenon, and in the case of the present inventor, it may occur at least twice a day and three times a day.

FIG. 9 shows a state in which the indwelling needle 8, the injection plug 7, the injection needle 6 and the like are connected via the connecting portion 17 and the rubber film 14 and the like, and the blood vessel is punctured. As can be seen from the figure, the upper end of the injection plug 7 where the rubber film 14 is located is considerably separated from the skin. A state is shown in which absorbent cotton pillow material 12 is inserted into the gap so that the gap is not crushed, and a bandage is stuck and fixed thereon. This was the beginning of all the invention. If the absorbent cotton pillow material 12 is stuck with an adhesive bandage without being inserted into the gap, it can be said that it becomes clear from the fire as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. However, this is an experimental attempt and not a complete remedy. However, I think that this is the best way to use the current indwelling needle type infusion device without any trouble as the safest and most reliable method.

FIG. 3 is a view in which a u-shaped pillow material 13 having a receptacle in a letter shape is inserted into the gap between the injection plug 7 and the skin. In this case, the u-shaped pillow material 13 is more sanitary than the absorbent cotton pillow material 12. At the same time, it is economical in terms of withstanding many uses. Note that a bandage may be used for this fixing, but the belt 21 may be used instead of using the bandage in order to prevent allergy of the patch of the bandage.

FIG. 11 can be said to be an indwelling needle type drip apparatus in a manner similar to a fail-safe structure. As can be seen in this figure, a legged injection plug 16 is shown with a fixed leg attached to the injection plug 7. This leg has a mounting angle, but this angle is obtained by measuring and matching the angle of a slender triangle in advance, and if it is fixed at a predetermined position, no excessive force is applied to the indwelling needle. Note that a bandage may be used for this fixing, but the belt 21 may be used instead of using the bandage in order to prevent allergy of the patch of the bandage. It will provide benefits in terms of allergy prevention and economics.

FIG. 12 shows a state in which a triangular pyramid type injection plug 15 having a further fail-safe structure is mounted. No matter how the triangular pyramid is worn, the same angle to the skin surface can be obtained and there is no failure. The angle of the triangular pyramid was the same as the previously measured elongated triangular space. A banding method such as a bandage or a string can be considered, but a belt 21 may be used to prevent allergy to the patch of the bandage. The shape need not be a triangular pyramid, but may be a tapered spindle type.

As described above, according to the present invention, the injection plug is made fail-safe, and as a result of the improvement, as a result, the plug can be safely and securely mounted regardless of who handles it and even if there are some mistakes or mistakes. Structure. Furthermore, for the patient, once the indwelling needle is punctured according to the original catchphrase, the effect of being able to receive painless intravenous infusions many times for a long time is surely increased. In addition, doctors and nurses do not have to repeat puncture, which has the effect of saving labor, and the same indwelling needle and injection plug are long and can be used many times, which is directly economical for clinics and hospitals. From a global perspective, it has the effect of contributing to the savings of medical expenses in the national insurance administration.
