As a conventional speaker mounting structure of this type, a bushing material such as a rubber member is mounted on a mounting flange portion of the speaker, and an electronic device housing is mounted via the bushing material. It was a method of screw fixing to the part. However, the elasticity of the bushing material is affected by the tightening force of the screw.
If the tightening force of the screw is high, the bushing material is strongly compressed, and the inherent elasticity of the rubber is lost, and it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing the vibration generated from the speaker from being transmitted to other electronic devices.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a speaker mounting mechanism according to the present invention comprises a holder in which a vibration absorbing member is inserted into a mounting flange of a speaker unit, and an integral part of the holder. The speaker unit is formed with a mounting portion fixed to the housing of the electronic device, and the mounting portion is screwed to the housing of the electronic device while the mounting flange portion is held by the holder portion.

With this configuration, the vibration generated from the speaker is transmitted to the mounting flange. However, since the mounting flange is inserted into the holder of the vibration absorbing member, the vibration generated in the mounting flange is generated. Almost all of them are absorbed in the holder portion and are not transmitted to the mounting portion. Therefore, vibration to the electronic device housing can be avoided.

The bag-shaped inner surface of the holder is formed as a fold surface. This effectively absorbs the vibration transmitted from the mounting flange of the speaker to the holder by the folds,
The vibration absorbing function of the entire holder can be further enhanced.

Further, the mounting portion has a through-hole which is erected from the housing of the electronic device and is inserted into a mounting boss having a thread groove on the inner surface, and this through-hole is formed as a fold surface. Thus, even if a part of the vibration is transmitted from the holder to the mounting part, the vibration is finally absorbed by the folds and does not exert a vibration on the boss of the electronic device housing.

Thus, the vibration generated by the sound emission operation of the speaker unit 9 is transmitted from the mounting flange portion 10 to the holder portion 12 of the vibration absorbing member 11, and the mounting flange portion 10 is stored in the bag-like accommodation portion 13 of the holder 12. Since it is only inserted and held, most of the vibration of the mounting flange portion 10 is absorbed by the holder portion 12 and is not transmitted to the bush portion 14. To elaborate further,
Since the entire flange surface of the mounting flange portion 10 is tightly fitted to the inner wall surface of the bag-shaped accommodating portion 13 of the holder 12, the vibration of the mounting flange portion 10 is evenly distributed to the holder portion 12 and transmitted. The absorption function can be effectively performed.
