2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative material having a design with an uneven pattern on its surface, which is used for various kinds of furniture and building interior materials, a decorative sheet having an uneven pattern formed on a base sheet by various methods is known. Some are attached to a substrate, for example, (1)
A method of forming irregularities on a substrate sheet on which a pattern is applied by using an embossing roll, an embossing template, or the like; (2) Visually applying a matte conduit print or the like on the substrate sheet in a decorative manner. (3) forming a printed portion such as a conduit for forming a concave surface on a substrate sheet on which a pattern is formed with an ink containing a lyophobic agent,
A method of forming a concave portion by applying a transparent resin thereon and making the printed portion of the conduit or the like liquid-repellent, or (4) forming a printed portion of the conduit or the like with foaming ink, polishing by heating and foaming. Although a method of forming a concave portion is known, all of these methods apply an uneven pattern to the surface of a base sheet made of a synthetic resin sheet such as paper, vinyl chloride, and acrylic, and adhere it to a substrate. As a result, it is produced as a decorative material having a design with a concavo-convex pattern on the surface, and there is a problem that water resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, and the like are poor.

Also, without using the above-described base sheet, a pattern such as a grain or a conduit is directly printed on the substrate by the same method as in the above (2), or the grain or the pipe is printed by a normal pattern printing. A method of forming a concave portion by the method (3) or (4) on a surface expressing a conduit or the like, or a method of forming a concave portion on a transfer sheet substrate by forming a printed portion such as a conduit with an ink containing a liquid repellent agent. Furthermore, a method of transferring the image onto a substrate using a transfer sheet provided with a pattern and then applying a transparent resin thereon can be considered. However, in the case of direct printing, the smoothness and printability of the substrate itself are based on the above-mentioned basic methods. Since the material sheet is generally inferior, the design of the pattern is not good, and the production efficiency at the time of printing the pattern is very poor. Because a pattern layer is provided on the upper surface, a delicate pattern cannot be formed. Adhesion of the picture pattern was there was a problem that it is inferior.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the transfer sheet 8 used for producing the decorative boards 1 and 1 'having a concavo-convex pattern includes a capsule liquid repellent on the upper surface of the transfer sheet substrate 7. A transfer picture layer 6 composed of a liquid repellent layer 4 made of ink and a picture layer 5 made of ordinary ink is laminated. As the transfer sheet substrate 7, it is preferable to use a material used as a normal transfer sheet substrate, such as a plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, and cellophane, or a composite film of these and paper. If necessary, a release layer may be formed on the surface of the transfer sheet substrate. In addition, in the transfer sheet 8 of FIG. 3A, the pattern layer 5 is the outermost layer.
May be added. The reason why the adhesive layer 3 is not required is that the picture layer 5 may be capable of imparting adhesiveness to itself, and the other reason is that the decorative board substrate 2 on the side to which the picture is transferred is used. This is because the adhesive layer 3 may be provided on the surface.

The liquid-repellent used in the liquid-repellent ink may be, for example, silicone, polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, amide wax, wax wax, or the like, in hollow particles of a thermoplastic resin or in hollow portions of hollow microballoons formed of inorganic walls. And a capsule-like liquid repellent in which a liquid repellent substance such as a vinyl fluoride compound is enclosed. For the resin forming the capsule, a vinylidene chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer or the like can be used, and for the hollow microballoon composed of an inorganic wall, a glass microballoon,
Examples include silica microballoons, hollow calcium carbonate capsules and calcium sulfate capsules obtained by an interfacial polymerization method. A liquid repellent is penetrated into the inside of the hollow micro balloon and coated with an organic polymer to prevent volatilization and leakage of the core material. It is released and exhibits liquid repellency. That is, since the liquid repellent containing microcapsules does not exhibit liquid repellency at the time of printing, the printability of the picture layer is good, a fine pattern is formed, and the adhesion between the liquid repellent layer and the picture layer is also good. The capsule preferably has a particle size of 5 to 20 μm. The addition amount is desirably 0.1 to 10% by weight. If necessary, a matting agent may be added. Examples of the matting agent include silica, calcium carbonate, acrylic beads, and melamine beads.

The pattern layer 5 made of ordinary ink is printed with, for example, wood grain, stone grain, surface pattern of natural leather, cloth grain, abstract pattern, etc., and is used as a vehicle of the ink for forming an arbitrary pattern. A general-purpose resin made of an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a vinyl chloride resin, or the like is used. Further, the pattern layer 5 can be composed of a solid ink layer of solid printing and a pattern ink layer of wood grain, stone grain, etc., and the solid ink layer can contain a brilliant pigment together with a coloring pigment. The solid ink layer may be configured so as to contain only the coloring pigment and not to include the glittering pigment, and to be configured to include the glittering pigment in the picture ink layer. When a bright pigment is contained in the picture ink layer, a special visual effect and a three-dimensional effect can be created by changing the color tone of the bright pigment and relating them to each other's pattern.

FIG. 3E shows a state in which a transparent or translucent resin is applied on the liquid repellent agent layer 4 and the picture layer 5 transferred to the base material 2. This transparent resin is repelled and thinned in the lyophobic agent layer 4 containing the lyophobic agent.
Alternatively, the liquid repellent agent layer 4 is formed to be relatively thick in a place where the liquid repellent agent layer 4 is not formed, so that unevenness is formed as a whole. When the transparent resin is dried and cured in this state, the uneven pattern layer 9 is formed, and the uneven pattern-formed decorative board 1 ′ of the present invention is formed.
Can be produced. As the transparent resin forming the concavo-convex pattern layer 9, it is desirable to form a film having excellent surface properties such as contamination, solvent properties, and scratch resistance. As the resin system, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, or the like is used. Thermosetting resins, ionizing radiation-curable resins such as polyester acrylate and urethane acrylate are preferably used. Known coating methods such as flow coating, gravure coating, roll coating, and spray coating can be used as the coating method.
The coating amount is preferably from 10 to 200 g / m 2 .

Example 1 A wood grain conduit pattern was printed on a 25 μm thick polyester film by gravure printing with an ink containing a microcapsule lyophobic agent having the following composition ratio, and a wood grain pattern was formed by printing with an acrylic resin ink. A transfer sheet was prepared as a layer. [Ink composition containing microcapsule liquid repellent] Acrylic polyol resin 100 parts by weight Polyisocyanate curing agent 10 Microcapsule liquid repellent 3 Separately, a two-part curable urethane resin adhesive is applied on the surface of a 3 mm thick MDF plate at 100 g / m. Coating was performed with a two- roll coater to prepare a base material for decorative board. Then placed as transfer pattern layer surface of the transfer sheet to the adhesive layer surface of the veneer substrate opposite the transfer conditions Temperature 220 ° C., a pressure 3 kg / cm 2
At 15 m / min for transfer. The transfer sheet substrate of the transfer sheet was peeled off to complete the transfer of the picture. Subsequently, as a top coat layer on the entire surface of the pattern layer, a transparent two-part curable urethane-based paint is applied in an amount of 100 g.
/ M was applied using a curtain flow coater at 2, dried and cured, thinned repelled transparent two-component curable urethane resin layer in grain conduit shank by ink containing a microcapsule liquid repellent agent, and The portion became matte to form a concave portion, and a wood grain decorative plate having a channel concave portion synchronized with the wood grain pattern was obtained.
