2. Description of the Related Art Conventional makeup methods for imparting metallic luster to a body to be decorated such as a book, a decorative box, or a molded container include:
So-called foil stamping was used. The foil stamping material (film) was formed by providing a release film with a peelable transparent colored layer, an aluminum vapor-deposited and thermally activated adhesive layer. Then, the foil-pressed film is pressed against the object to be decorated with a heated letterpress pattern, and a metallic pattern consisting of a transparent coloring layer and aluminum vapor deposition is thermally transferred from the release film to form an image. Then, when the transparent colored layer is yellow, a golden color can be formed, when the transparent colored layer is colorless, a silver color can be formed, and when the transparent colored layer is another color, an image can be formed in a metallic color.

[0004] However, the method using foil stamping is as follows.
When providing another pattern layer on the body to be decorated, it is necessary to print on the body in a separate step. Foil stamping performed in a separate process is a low-efficiency intermittent process that requires a dedicated machine and jig (plate). In addition, in addition to the fact that the makeup object is deteriorated or deformed by the heat of the foil stamping process, the film of the foil stamping is badly cut, causing burrs, missing characters, and a metallic image cannot be formed sharply. there were.

[0005] In addition, a method of printing a plastic film with a transparent ink and laminating it on an aluminum foil or performing metal vapor deposition involves a method of forming a metallic pattern layer formed by vapor deposition or aluminum foil and another pattern layer. It can be formed continuously and accurately in the same process. However, due to the presence of the luster of the transparent plastic film interposed on the surface, a metallic image was not expressed on the surface, and a three-dimensional foil pressing feeling could not be provided.

When printing on the back surface of a plastic film by a method of printing with a glittering pigment colored with a transparent pigment or a dye as a coloring agent, the glossiness of the transparent plastic film interposed on the surface causes the presence of gloss. In addition, the metallic image was not expressed on the surface, and it was not possible to provide a three-dimensional foil pressing feeling. In addition, when printed on the surface of the base film, the metallic coloring property is poor and a sufficient feeling of foil pressing cannot be expressed, and the brilliant pigment easily falls off due to friction and the like because of poor affinity with the binder. There was a problem.

(Embodiment 3) The thickness 2 used in the embodiment 2
Packaging having a metallic foil feeling in the same manner as in Example 2 except that a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (base film 1) having a thickness of 12 μm was used instead of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film kneaded with fine particles of 0 μm. A laminated body was formed. The metallic pattern layer 2 of the laminate thus produced creates a calm atmosphere by the effect of seeing through the mat film provided by the uneven shape of the base film 1, and in addition, rayon in which a base film as thin as 12 μm is laminated. The ground pattern of the paper is shown in Example 2.
In this case, a three-dimensional effect was produced, and an excellent appearance as if a metal pattern was provided by pressing a foil on the paper surface could be obtained.

According to the present invention, as described above, a picture layer formed of an ink containing a brilliant pigment, provided on the back surface of a mat film (substrate film) having an uneven surface, is provided via an adhesive layer. And a laminated air-permeable sheet having a rough surface. The layered product thus constructed expresses a high-grade finish due to the synergistic effect of the golden printing (metallic pattern layer), the uneven shape, and the rayon paper, and has a three-dimensional appearance as if the surface of the paper. It had the feeling of gold leaf. And the laminated body provided with the label or heat sealant layer that has been subjected to the adhesive processing is excellent in the design property having a foil pressing feeling on the surface thereof, and the pattern layer formed on the back surface of the base film is covered with the film. It is effective in providing printed matter having excellent protection functions such as abrasion resistance.
