を表示する表示手段と上記表示手段に所定のコメントを
表示させる表示制御手段と、 上記記録媒体に記録されたビデオ信号の保存又は消去の
管理を行う制御手段と、 上記表示手段によりコメントされた所定のコメントに基
づき視聴者が操作入力する操作入力手段とを備え、 上記表示制御手段が上記記録媒体のリングバッファ領域
に記録されたビデオ信号に基づき上記表示手段に表示し
た映像が終了した後に、この映像を消去するか或いは保
存するかのコメントを表示し、このコメントに基づき視
聴者が消去すると操作入力した場合は、上記制御手段に
よりこの記録媒体のリングバッファ領域に記録されたビ
デオ信号を消去し、また、このコメントに基づき視聴者
が保存すると操作入力した場合はこの記録媒体のリング
バッファ領域に記録されたビデオ信号を上記制御手段に
より上記保存領域に保存することを特徴とする記録再生
