Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a packing height, to make a structure be relatively simple and to reduce packing materials, a transportation cost and the component unit price by connecting the rib of an antenna for reception and the mast holder of a U-shaped cross section by a bolt and making it foldable. SOLUTION: The two ribs 21 are parallelly projectingly provided in the back surface vertical direction of the antenna 2 for satellite broadcasting reception. Also, the mast holder 1 of the U-shaped cross section extended from both sides are joined to the ribs 21 through the bolts and the mast holder 1 is made foldable to the antenna 2 for the reception. That is, an elevation angle center hole 23 is pierced at the upper part of the rib 21 and an elevation angle adjustment circular arcuate oblong hole 22 is pierced at a lower part respectively. In the meantime, a folding circular arcuate oblong hole 16 and a folding center square hole 15 are respectively pierced at the respectively corresponding parts of the mast holder 1, the bolts 51 and 52 are inserted to the respective ones and the mast holder 1 is made foldable to the antenna 2 for the reception. Thus, the packing height is lowered and the packing materials, the transportation cost and the component unit price are reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, a parabolic reflector antenna is used with a mast sandwiched between a mount and a holding member with a mount interposed on the center rear surface of the antenna and fixed with bolts. For this reason, in the packed state, the mount protrudes from the back surface of the parabolic reflector antenna, so that the packing box for accommodating these mounts is thick.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the mount is folded. In the case of FIGS. 8 and 9, the mount is folded by rotating beyond the elevation adjustable range as an extension of the elevation change. I have. Usually, the range in which the elevation angle adjustment screw moves is an arc-shaped long hole, but is formed as an arc-shaped notch because the rotation angle of folding is large. The provision of the arc-shaped notch greatly reduces the strength and reinforces the portion, thereby increasing the component cost. Furthermore, since the mast holder is merely connected to the mount and the support shaft in a folded state, and is not fixed, the parabolic reflector antenna with rattling and other attached parts during transportation may be damaged. For this reason, parts and the like for fixing the mast holder so as not to rattle in the folded state are required.
