BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor structure constructed at an entrance of a house, a living room, a store, and the like, particularly over a relatively large predetermined area in a ground pattern such as a grain pattern or a parquet pattern. The present invention relates to a decorative floor structure that forms a highly designable floor surface on which accent patterns such as mosaic patterns different from patterns are arranged.

[0003] Such an accent pattern portion is formed by using a sliced veneer obtained from a laminated flitch formed into a mosaic pattern, a veneer having a predetermined shape, a veneer lined with a sheet-like material such as paper or non-woven fabric, with an adhesive tape, a hot veneer. A general method is to use a single veneer obtained by bonding with a melt adhesive thread, a hot melt adhesive or the like, or a floor plate in which a mosaic pattern printing paper or the like is adhered to a substrate.

[0004] The above-described method which has been generally adopted in the past, when the individual unit accent pattern portion is small, that is, when the unit accent pattern portion is smaller than the width of one strip-shaped floor plate. By manufacturing a floorboard in which the accent pattern portion is previously incorporated in the surface of the floorboard, it is possible to easily cope with the problem without any problem.

However, the size of the accent pattern is 1
If the floorboard is larger than the width of one floorboard and spans multiple floorboards that are installed adjacent to each other, not only is it difficult to produce a decorative veneer of a size corresponding to the pattern, but also floorboards. It is also troublesome to manage the production, storage, and handling of packaging and transportation. For this reason, it is necessary to separately form different pattern portions on individual floorboards and to form an accent pattern such as a predetermined mosaic pattern only when a plurality of floorboards are combined.

On the other hand, when the pattern of the accent pattern such as the mosaic pattern has a point-symmetric design, for example, as shown in FIG.
The floorboard constituting 0) is divided into a plurality of divided unit boards (30a).
(30b)... And combining these with a normal decorative floor board (40) to cope with the situation. However, in this case, each divided unit plate (30
a) Even though the surface pattern of (30b) is the same, the arrangement of the joints to be formed on the respective outer peripheral side surfaces does not always match with the surface pattern. That is, the arrangement of the male knurl (31) and the female knurl (32) is not the same among all the divided unit plates (30a) (30b)... Due to the surface pattern. For this reason, the method of forming the joint portion of each divided unit plate is different, and a problem occurs in terms of production management, quality control, and the like.

This problem is also caused by the division unit plate (30a).
(30b): Resolving is achieved by so-called butt-joining by butting of vertical side surfaces without joining by each other and joining with the surrounding ordinary floor plate (40). It is possible to do. However, in this case, since the butt joints do not have sufficient joint strength, especially when the floor foundation is a joist group, the joints at the opposing position must be arranged on the joists. In addition, lack of suitability for on-site response,
The size of the accent pattern is also restricted. In addition, when the floor base is a concrete floor slab, the unevenness or unevenness may affect the divided unit plate to cause a step on the floor. Therefore, in order to prevent this, a plywood or the like must be discarded on the floor slab surface, resulting in disadvantages in terms of man-hours and costs. In addition, even if abandoning is applied, it is difficult to completely avoid the occurrence of the above-mentioned floor surface step due to the influence of the level difference that easily occurs between the avalanche boards.

When the decorative panel (C) is divided, the decorative panel (C) may be divided in any manner. However, the unit decorative panel as a divided body contains the same pattern from the viewpoint of versatility and workability, and has few types. It is more preferable to take these points into consideration,
It is preferable to determine the divided shape of the decorative board (C). Further, it is preferable that the design of the accent pattern portion is line-symmetric or point-symmetric. In other words, by adopting such a pattern, the number of units having the same shape and the same pattern increases as unit decorative boards, and the place where the unit decorative boards are arranged is not limited to one place, but becomes arbitrary, and Workability can be improved.

The decorative board (C) is generally made to have the same configuration as the surface board (6) of the stepped floor board (B). That is, it is general to apply the decorative material (6b) to the base material (6a). However, the pattern on the surface corresponds to the accent pattern to be formed, and must be formed in a pattern different from the surface pattern of the floorboards (A) and (B). Needless to say, the different pattern includes not only the pattern but also all the cases where the color, the texture, and the like are different.

The reference floorboard and the stepped floorboard are mutually
Since these boards are fitted and joined by the fitting and joining structure, even if the floor base is a joist or a concrete floor slab, there is a step between the floor materials. There is no risk of occurrence. In turn, since the bottom surface of the recess formed by the missing step of the stepped floorboard also has no steps, even when the accent pattern portion is constituted by a plurality of divided unit decorative boards,
There is no possibility that a step is generated between the unit decorative boards, and the entire floor surface can be finished in a good flush state.

Further, when the decorative panel is installed over the missing portions of a plurality of stepped floorboards, the decorative panel and the stepped floorboard tend to expand and contract due to a change in temperature and humidity under the floor or a change in temperature and humidity inside the room. Also, mutual movement is suppressed.
For this reason, for example, even if the board of the missing step portion tries to expand and contract, the movement is suppressed by the decorative board, and conversely, if the decorative board and the unit decorative board try to expand and contract, the movement is suppressed by the board of the missing step portion. . Therefore, for changes in temperature and humidity,
It is possible to form an accent pattern portion in which a gap is unlikely to occur.
