However, due to the internal pressure and external pressure acting on the main pipe B 'for a long period of time, the deformation of the hole h' of the main pipe B 'is unavoidable even if it is slight. The close contact between the hole 14 'and the circumferential surface of the hole h' cannot be expected. In FIG. 6, water leaks from the interface between the hole h 'of the main pipe and the hole 1410'. There is a fear that leak water may enter the branch pipe D 'through the threaded interface e' between the trunk 11 'of the branch joint and the hole 14'.

41 'is formed into an annular wall shape so as to hold the cut piece b', and the shaft fitting hole 142 'is a square hole so as to transmit the rotation of the shaft 22' to the hole saw 14 'without idling. (Usually a hexagonal hole). In these processes, the through hole is roughed, a boring bar is passed through this hole, and the inner surface of the hole is finally processed by a boring machine. A method is used in which an electrode is inserted into the hole, the inner surface of the hole is subjected to electric discharge machining, and cutting chips are removed from the through hole by smooth circulation of a machining fluid to perform electric discharge machining to a final shape. Above, it is often a hollow body that is penetrated. However, in such a hollow hole source, as shown by a dotted line in FIG.
Water may also leak from the contact interface between the annular wall-shaped blade portion 141 'and the cut piece b', and this leaked water may enter the branch pipe D 'via the contact interface e' between the shaft fitting hole and the shaft. There is also.

However, under such inundation into the branch pipe, it is difficult to repair the branch pipe smoothly. However, a branch joint provided with a gate valve on the side surface of the trunk is fixed to the main pipe wall, the gate valve is closed, a punch is attached to the tip of the trunk, and then the gate valve is opened, and the inside of the punch is opened. The hole saw was advanced toward the main pipe wall to pierce the pipe wall, and after piercing, the hole saw was returned to its original position. Thereafter, the gate valve was closed and the punch was removed and removed. In a system in which a branch pipe is connected / arranged to the trunk portion of the later branch joint, and finally, a gate valve is opened to communicate the main pipe with the inside of the branch pipe (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-17528). Although there is no problem, the structure and construction work of the branch joint are complicated.

FIG. 3 shows a branch portion of a pipeline in which a branch pipe D is branched and installed on a main pipe B using the non-discharge water branch joint according to the present invention, and a hole holding a cut piece b of the main pipe is shown. -Luso 14 is located on the other end side of the branch joint body 11, and the inside of the main pipe and the inside of the branch pipe are communicated. In order to perform the installation of the branch pipe, the saddle portion of the continuous water branch joint is welded to the pipe wall of the main pipe by the heat generated by the heating wire, and a drilling jig [polygonal head ( Usually, a shaft having a hexagonal head) is rotatably inserted through a cap member through an O-ring so as to be rotatable in a water-tight manner). The branch pipe is connected to the branch pipe connection port of the branch joint, the branch pipe is installed, the airtight test of the branch pipe path is performed, and the shaft is rotated with a wrench. Then, the rotation of the shaft is transmitted to the hole saw, and the hole saw is advanced by screw feed by screwing with the inner surface of the trunk of the branch joint. The blade of the rotating / advanced hole saw comes into contact with the pipe wall of the main pipe, the hole is cut, and the cutting is completed when the cutting edge appears on the inner surface of the main pipe. It is pushed into the part by water pressure and is held by the hole saw. Thereafter, the hole is returned to the original position by the reverse rotation of the shaft, and the inside of the branch pipe is communicated with the main pipe. Then, the drilling jig is removed, and the protective cap is covered. The installation of pipes and the construction of water passage are completed.

In order to repair the branch pipe line constructed in this manner, the protective cap is removed, and a drill jig C is mounted as shown in FIG. Hole h
The cutting edge 1410 of the hole saw 14 is fitted into the hole, and the branch pipe D is repaired in this state. In this case, the hole h of the main pipe B is a part where the stress becomes large with respect to the internal pressure and the external pressure.
Since the main pipe B is a plastic pipe (flexible pipe) and is easily deformed, and furthermore, a creep is generated, the hole h in the pipe wall is larger than the hole at the time of perforation. There is a fear that the cutting edge 1410 of −14 cannot be brought into contact with the hole h with a sufficient contact pressure.

However, in the branch joint according to the present invention, the O-ring 16 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface near one end of the body portion 11, and the cutting edge 1410 of the hole saw 14 is attached to the main pipe B.
When the hole 14 is fitted in the hole h, the outer periphery of one end of the hole 14 (the smooth outer surface of the annular wall-shaped blade portion 141 without a thread groove) is brought into pressure contact with the O-ring 16 so that the O-ring 16 is sealed. −
Therefore, even if the water-tightness of the contact interface between the cutting edge 1410 of the hole 14 and the hole h is poor, the hole
At the threaded interface e between the branch joint body 14 and the branch joint body 11, even if water cannot be prevented from running, leakage of tap water to the branch pipe D can be reliably eliminated.

Further, since there is no communication between the inside of the blade portion 141 of the hole saw 14 and the polygonal hole, even if the water-tightness of the contact interface between the inner surface of the blade portion 141 and the cut piece b is poor, Leakage of tap water into the branch pipe D through the hole 14 can be eliminated. Therefore, water leakage from the main pipe into the branch pipe can be surely eliminated, and the branch pipe can be repaired smoothly.

In the above description, as shown in FIG. 1B, the diameter of the tip of the cutting edge is d 2 and the inner diameter of the O-ring 16 is d 3 so that the O-ring is not damaged by the cutting edge of the hole saw. Then, d 3 > d 2 . Furthermore, ho - Luso - the outer diameter of the end portion when the d 1 of the compression amount Δe of O-rings,
Δe = (d 1 −d 3 ) / 2, and assuming that the thickness of the blade portion of the hole 14 is t, (d 1 −d 2 ) = t, and therefore Δe = [t− (d 3- d 2 )] / 2, in order to increase the compression ratio of the O-ring and to guarantee the above-mentioned sealing property,
The thickness t of the blade of the hole saw is made thicker than usual.
