Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processor which can magnify and display the coordinate data inputted by a finger in order to surely perform its operation. SOLUTION: An input display operation is performed to a display means 7 via a touch panel 1. When a touch pen 2 or a finger 3 touches the panel 1, a pressure-sensitive element of the panel 1 outputs a signal to make a detection means 4 detect the touch area. Then a data processing means 5 decides whether the pen 2 or the finger 3 touched the panel 1 based on the touch area detected by the means 4 and also on a parameter 51 shown in an area that is previously set. When an input operation performed by the pen 2 is decided, the input coordinate data are generated from the touched coordinate data. If an input operation performed by the finger 3 is decided, a control means 6 functions to show the input coordinate data in such a size that can be inputted by the finger 3 and to display the coordinate data on the means 7.
