理監視システムは、乳幼児ベット等に小型マイク付き自
動音声識別装置を設置し、それに接続された自動電話送
信機を介して育児監視人の携帯する携帯電話もしくは育
児監視人近傍の一般電話にて、乳幼児の状態の確認、管
理、監視を音声を通じて行なえる様にしたことを特徴と
する。 【0005】 【作用】この発明の乳幼児遠隔管理監視システムには、
乳幼児ベット等に小型マイクが設置してあるので、乳幼
児が睡眠から覚めたときに発する泣き声(音声)を拾
い、その音声に対して自動音声識別装置が反応して自動
電話送信機に信号を送る仕組みとなっている。更に、自
動電話送信機より、あらかじめ決められた携帯電話、も
しくは一般電話へ電話が掛かる仕組みとなっているの
で、小型マイクからの音声が直接聞けることとなり遠隔
地においても乳幼児の状況の把握が可能である。また、
逆の操作として、携帯電話もしくは一般電話から自動電
話受信機に電話をかけることにより、小型マイクからの
音声を確認することが可能なので乳幼児が泣き声を発し
ていない時でも状況を任意で把握することができる。以
上の作用によって育児監視人は、より有効にかつ安全に

受信機に電話をかけることにより自動音声識別装置を通
して、乳幼児の音声を確認することができるので、状況
の把握を任意に行なえるという効果も有する。
