ーソ型スイッチに関する。

7を有し、この嵌合部7を形成する側部にノブ取付部の
回転軸5の軸孔6aが形成されている。そして、ノブ6
をノブ取付部4に装着したとき、回転軸5が軸孔6aに
嵌合し、ノブ6はノブ取付部に揺動自在に支持される。
ノブを操作すると、ノブの揺動に応じてスイッチケース
内に配置されたスイッチが動作する。またノブ6を押圧
する側の面には光を透過する指標が設けられており、光
源3からの照明光が指標を透過して外部に出射し、指標
を視認することができる。スイッチケース1は金型一体
成形で作製されているので、ノブ取付部4の外側に回転
軸5を設けるとき、この部分をスイッチケース内側から
移動型で成形しなければならない。そのため、スイッチ
ケースのノブ取付部側には金型を抜くための孔部が成形
時に形成される。この孔部を通して、ノブの照明光が外
部に洩れるため、孔部を別部品によって閉塞し、洩光を
防止していた。その結果部品点数とその組付け工数が増
加するとともに、構造が複雑になるという問題があっ
た。本発明の目的は成形が容易でかつ簡単な構造で洩光
を防止することができるシーソ型スイッチを提供するこ

にある。また請求項2の発明は、請求項1の発明におい
て、壁部の回転軸側にノブ受け面を形成し、該ノブ受け
面に孔部を開口させるとともに、ノブの側部には前記孔
部を塞ぐ対向面が形成された構成にある。また請求項3
の発明は、請求項2の発明において、壁部のノブ受け面
は凹円筒面状とし、ノブ側にはノブ受け面に合致した凸
円筒面状の対向面が形成された構成にある。上記の請求
項1の構成によると、スイッチケースの孔部はノブの回
転軸近傍まで伸びた壁部に設けられることにより、この
壁部によってノブの照明光が遮光される。また請求項2
の構成によると、壁部の回転軸側に形成されたノブ受け
面に、ノブ側の対向面を位置させることにより、ノブ受
け面に開口させた孔部が対向面によって塞がれ、孔部か
らの洩光が防止される。また請求項3の構成によると、
ノブ受け面の全体に対向面が合致されることにより、孔
部からの洩光防止効果が高められる。

軸孔6aを中心とする、凸状の半円形の遮光部12が一
体に設けられている。遮光部12の外周は壁部11に形
成されたノブ受け面11aに合致する対向面12aとな
っている。またスイッチケース1の孔部1aは壁部11
のノブ受け面11aに開口している。ノブはノブ受け面
とノブ側の対向面が近接または接触状態でノブ取付部に
取り付けられているので、ノブが揺動しても孔部は対向
面によって閉塞される。従って、スイッチケースとノブ
の回転軸を一体成形したときに設けられる孔部はノブを
スイッチケースに組み付けることにより、ノブの遮光部
によって閉塞されるため、光源から発する光が孔部を通
って外部に洩れることが防止できる。
