As described above, it takes a lot of time and labor to attach the frame member to the panel body (or the board body) with the attaching screws, and moreover, the number of constituent parts is large and the manufacturing cost is increased. In addition, if the mounting screws appear on the exterior, the commercial value is reduced, and if the mounting screws are not exposed on the exterior, the structure becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost becomes higher. It is possible to use an adhesive in order to mount the frame member on the panel or board without using the mounting screws, but there are various practical difficulties in using the adhesive. When using adhesives on an industrial scale, solvent vapors can endanger the health of workers,
Special care must be taken for health management such as workplace ventilation and regular checkups of workers, which increases management costs. In addition, since it must be left unmoved until the adhesive solidifies and the adhesive strength increases, a vast temporary storage space is required and work efficiency does not increase. Moreover, when the relative positional relationship between the panel and the board and the frame member is changed due to some reason, it is practically impossible to remove the adhesive and correct the adhesive.

Further, when using an adhesive, it is necessary to select an adhesive having an affinity for both members by taking into consideration the materials of the panel and board and the material of the frame member. From the opposite side, when designing the materials for panels and boards and the materials for frame members, there is a constraint of "adhesion possibility", so there is little design freedom.
If the degree of freedom in design is reduced, there is a risk that one or more of some characteristics (for example, workability, durability, price, appearance, strength, etc.) will have to be sacrificed in selecting the constituent members. As a prior art in which a frame member is fixedly attached to a board without using screws or an adhesive, there is Japanese Patent Application No. 5-165424, "Method of attaching frame member of blackboard and its attachment structure". . This was created by the inventor,
It is an unknown invention that has been separately filed by the applicant,
Hereinafter referred to as prior art.

FIG. 7 is a drawing depicting a process of assembling a frame member to a board in an unknown prior art, and shows a technique applicable to the case of assembling the frame member to a panel. FIG. 3B is a vertical sectional view showing a state before assembling, and FIG. 3B is a vertical sectional view showing an assembling completed state. 8 is a board of blackboards, such as a styrofoam board 8
Both sides of a are sandwiched between iron plates 8c and 8d. 8b is a stile. On the other hand, 4 is a frame member, but in this example, since it is a bottom frame member of blackboards in particular, the powder receiving seat 4a is integrally formed. The frame member 4 has a U-shaped portion 4b that is recessed toward the board 8 of the blackboard, and fold-shaped retaining teeth 4c are integrally connected to the inner surface thereof. Then, it is molded from a synthetic resin material having elasticity. When the vicinity of the edge of the board 8 is pushed into the U-shaped portion 4b of the frame member as shown by the arrow f in the figure (A), it becomes as shown in the figure (B), and the retaining teeth 4c It will not come off due to the action.

According to the unknown prior art shown in FIG. 7, it is possible to mount the plate-shaped member (board, panel) of the frame member without using screws or adhesive. As can be easily understood by comparing (A) and (B) of 7, it is necessary that the constituent material of the wrinkle-shaped retaining teeth 4c is a flexible material having a certain degree of elasticity. Therefore, the entire frame member 4 is made of a flexible material. on the other hand,
Since the board 8 in which the thin iron plates 8c and 8d are bonded to both surfaces of the styrofoam 8a is a member that is easily bent, the frame member 4
Must be reinforced with to give rigidity. However, as described above, in order to give rigidity to the frame member 4 made of a flexible material, its cross-sectional area must be increased, so that the frame member 4 is large and heavy, It becomes a high cost member. By applying a two-color extrusion molding technique to the frame member, only the fold-shaped retaining teeth 4c are made of a flexible synthetic resin material, and the U-shaped portion 4b and other portions are made of a strong synthetic resin material. Although it can be configured, the cost becomes higher, and particularly in the case of high-mix low-volume production, the cost becomes higher.

As a method of solving the above problems in the prior art, a flat plate member, which is a main constituent member of panels and boards, is framed without using screws or adhesives. As an assembling method, the members can be fixedly mounted, the frame member can be made small, lightweight, and strong, and the alignment can be corrected and confirmed during the assembling work. A gutter-shaped interposition member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is fitted to the peripheral edge of a plate-shaped member that forms the main body of the panel or board, and both sides of the interposition member are parallel to the frame member. By sandwiching the frame member having two U-shaped portions, it is effective to sandwich the frame member having the U-shaped portion on the plate member with the interposition member interposed. This method is an invention created by the present inventor and is being separately applied for by the applicant (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-21904).
No. 0). Hereinafter, this unknown invention will be referred to as a prior invention.
According to the invention of this earlier application, a. Between the plate-shaped member that forms the main body of the panels and boards and the frame member that holds the vicinity of its edge,
Since the interposition member having a U-shaped cross section is interposed, if the interposition member has appropriate flexibility, the frame member can be assembled even if the rigidity thereof is large. If the frame member has appropriate rigidity, even if the plate-shaped member is made of an elastic material, the periphery thereof is reinforced by the frame member having high rigidity, and bending is prevented. b. Furthermore, when the interposition member is applied to the edge of the plate member and the interposition member is lightly sandwiched by the frame member to be temporarily fixed, the frame member becomes slidable in the edge direction of the plate member. Since it is temporarily fixed, the frame member mounting position is carefully determined in this temporarily fixed state and the required adjustment is performed, and then the frame member is pressed toward the plate-shaped member to be fixedly fitted. As described above, since adjustment can be performed in the temporarily fixed state, accurate assembly can be performed without requiring a high degree of skill and without spending a lot of time and labor. Next, an embodiment of the invention of the prior application will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 shows an embodiment of a frame member assembling structure configured to carry out the method for assembling a frame member according to the invention of the prior application. (A) shows the frame member with respect to the panel body via the interposing member. A cross-sectional view of the assembled state, (B) is an exploded view of the state in the middle of the assembled state. In this embodiment, as an example of the plate member, the frame member 13 is fitted to the panel body 7 described above with reference to FIG. 6 via the interposition member 12, but instead of the above panel. You can also use a blackboard. All of the panel main bodies 7 in the embodiments described below can be read as boards. FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view in which the panel body, the interposition member, and the frame member shown in FIG. 8 above are inverted upside down so as to face each other and separate from each other. The frame member 13 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 has a column (FIG. 5) like the vertical frame member 10 when viewed in comparison with FIG. 6B.
It is a member that is configured to be used as a frame member that is not attached to the support column, such as the horizontal frame member 9, instead of the frame member that is attached to the post. As shown in FIG. 8B, the interposition member 12 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and has a length in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface. It is made of a flexible synthetic resin material.
In the figure, a U-shaped corner portion, that is, a root portion of the parallel two sides 12a of the U-shape, has a cut groove 12b formed in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing, and the portion becomes thin. Therefore, it acts as a so-called integral hinge. At the tip ends of the two parallel sides (that is, near the entrance of the U-shaped opening), an inlet-side protrusion 12c is provided inside the U-shaped recess, and an inner protrusion 12d is provided on the inner side of the opening than this. It is provided. These two pairs of ridges each have a length in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing and are parallel to each other. As a result, an appropriate frictional force is obtained and the retaining effect is secured. A groove-shaped recess 12e is formed on the outer surface of the interposition member 12 in the longitudinal direction (right angle to the paper surface in the drawing). When both ends of the frame member 13 are fitted into the groove-shaped recess 12e, they are engaged with each other with a weak force and can slide in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface. This mutual slip will be described later in detail with reference to FIG.

On the other hand, the frame member 13 is made of a material having a higher rigidity than the interposition member 12. In this embodiment, a synthetic resin material that is tough is extruded, but a metal (for example, aluminum,
It can also be made of stainless steel or the like). As shown in FIG. 7, the frame member provided with the fold-shaped retaining teeth 4c is
Since the frame member (reference numeral 13 in the present embodiment) can be made of a tough material in the prior invention, it needs to be flexible and cannot be made of a tough material. It can be made small and lightweight, and can be reinforced firmly so that the plate member (panel body 7) does not bend. A portion 13d having a U-shaped cross section surrounded by an imaginary line ellipse in FIG. 8B constitutes a main body of the frame member 13, and a portion 13a corresponding to two parallel sides of the U-shape.
Is bent inward to form a hook-shaped portion 13b. As shown in FIG. 8A, this hook-shaped portion engages in a shape covering the U-shaped tip of the interposition member 12 in the assembled state, and the interposition member 12 appears in the appearance. I hide it so that it doesn't exist. The hook-shaped portion 13b also functions as a retaining member, and also serves to firmly hold the assembled state.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, referring to FIGS. 1 to 4 alternately,
An embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3 shows one embodiment of an assembling structure configured to carry out the method of assembling a frame member and a support according to the present invention. In a state where the frame member and the support are disassembled, a guide which is a fitting for assembly is shown. FIG. 6 is a horizontal cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state in which a pin and a connecting pin are not yet assembled. FIG. 3 shows the first step in which the assembly preparation is completed when viewed as a process diagram of the assembly work according to the present invention. In the state of FIG. 3, the frame member 1
4 is already assembled to the panel body 7. The support member 14 is fitted to the frame member 14 so that the support member 2 is elastically fitted (so-called patchon fitting).
d is integrally molded with a synthetic resin material. The cross-sectional shape of the support column is not particularly limited as a necessary condition for fitting the patchon, and may be, for example, a prism or a column. However, the rounded shape is easier to fit than the prismatic shape. However, since the cylinders rotate with respect to each other, it is desirable that the cylinders have an elliptic cylinder or a shape similar to an elliptic cylinder. Furthermore, in order to reduce the weight without losing the rigidity of the support pillar, an elliptic cylinder is preferable to the solid elliptic cylinder. Since it was invented based on the above consideration,
The “cylindrical shape similar to an elliptic cylinder” in the present invention has a broad meaning, and is meant to include all rounded cylindrical shapes whose cross-sectional shape is not rotationally symmetrical. The frame member 14 of this embodiment includes two parallel sides 14 that sandwich the edge of the panel body 7.
A portion 14e having a U-shaped cross section including a is formed,
It is assembled to the panel body 7 in the same manner as in the previously-noted prior invention (FIGS. 8 to 10) described above.

The frame member 14 in this embodiment (FIG. 3) is
It has a length in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface. Therefore, the pillar fitting portion 14d and the U-shaped portion 14e having a U-shaped cross section are gutter-shaped when extracted and viewed three-dimensionally. Here, the gutter shape is a similar representation of its three-dimensional shape, and has a completely different function from the gutter as a building equipment. According to the architectural terminology dictionary, gutters are classified into round gutters and corner gutters. If expressed using this classification, the U-shaped section 14e has a square gutter shape, and the column fitting part 14d. Has a shallow circular gutter shape. Comparing the assembling structure of the frame member 13 and the panel body 7 in the invention of the earlier application shown in FIG. 8 with FIG. 3 (this embodiment), Due to the difference in the cutting point for drawing the cross section,
In this embodiment, the interposition member 12 does not appear, but the corner plate 15 appears instead. The corner plate 15 will be described later with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4. B. The frame member 13 of FIG. 8 (prior invention) is only provided with the cavity 13c for inserting the corner member, but in FIG. 3 (this embodiment), the through hole 11b is provided in the cavity 14c. The corner member 11 having a hole is inserted. C. Coupling bolt 16 inserted through the through hole 11b
Are screwed into the female screw holes provided in the corner plate 15. D. The guide pin 17 also penetrates the corner member 11 and is screwed into the female screw hole of the corner plate 15, but the insertion portion of the guide pin does not appear in this cross section (FIG. 3).
This will be described later with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the guide pin 17 is fixed to the frame member 14 side, and the guide hole 2 is formed in the support column 2.
e is directly faced to the guide pin 17 and closely fitted.
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the support column and the frame member are approaching and abutting each other from the state shown in FIG. 1 above, and (A) is a horizontal cross-sectional view depicting immediately before assembling the coupling bolt, (B) is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the arrow indicating the insertion path of the coupling bolt and the assembly position of the corner member. This Figure 2
The embodiment shown in (B) is slightly different from the above-mentioned embodiment shown in FIG. 1 (B) in the following points. That is, FIG.

It is easy to understand that the frame member 14 and the column 2 are aligned by fitting the guide holes 2 to each other.
Even when the slot-shaped notch 2h is provided instead of e, the alignment function can be achieved as follows. I. Two or more guide pins 17 are screwed into the frame member 14, and two or more slot-shaped notches 2h are also provided on the column 2 ', and U of the slot-shaped notches are provided. The positioning effect is achieved by arranging the bottoms of the glyphs so that they face each other. B. Even if the number of the slot-shaped notches 2h arranged is one, if the load due to the self-weight of the related members presses the guide pin 17 toward the U-shaped bottom of the slot-shaped notches 2h, both of them can be arranged. The function of aligning the members is fulfilled. In the state shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the coupling bolt 16 is not yet assembled, but the column fitting portion 14 of the frame member 14 is not yet assembled.
Since d is elastically fitted (patchon fitting) to the column 2 ', the state shown in the figure is maintained even if the work assistant does not support it.

Further, when using an adhesive, it is necessary to select an adhesive having an affinity for both members by taking into consideration the materials of the panel and board and the material of the frame member. When viewed from the opposite side, the degree of freedom in design is small because the material is bound by the “bondability” when selecting the material for the panel or board and the material for the frame member .

As a method of solving the above problems in the prior art, a flat plate member, which is a main constituent member of panels and boards, is framed without using screws or adhesives. As an assembling method, the members can be fixedly mounted, the frame member can be made small, lightweight, and strong, and the alignment can be corrected and confirmed during the assembling work. A gutter-shaped interposition member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is fitted to the peripheral edge of a plate-shaped member that forms the main body of the panel or board, and both sides of the interposition member are parallel to the frame member. by kicking sandwiched honey in two planes, the frame member having a shaped portion of the U, and allowed interposing the intermediate member, it is effective to sandwiching the plate-like member. This method is an invention created by the present inventor and applied for separately by the present applicant (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-219040).
issue).

The present inventor completed the invention of the earlier application and proceeded with the procedure for patent application, and further promoted the practical application test of the invention of the earlier application. As a result, the desired effect was sufficiently obtained under practical conditions. Although it was confirmed that it would work, it was confirmed that there was still room for improvement in order to reduce the number of man-hours required for industrial production . That is, FIG.
As is clear by comparing the assembly view shown in Fig. 6 and the exploded view shown in Fig. 6, for example, after the horizontal frame member 9, the vertical frame member 10 and the corner member 11 are assembled around the panel body, It is necessary to attach the member 10 to the column 2. In the work of assembling the frame member and the support, a. Abutting each other while keeping the frame member and the pillar parallel to each other; b. Positioning is performed in the longitudinal direction while maintaining the parallel and abutting relationship between the frame member and the support, c. While maintaining the above-mentioned aligned relationship, it is necessary to fix both members to each other.
The main worker must carry out the fastening work with the help of two work assistants, with each work assistant supporting the panel and the column. In this case, even if a jig for supporting the support column or the panel is used, at least one work assistant is required, and in addition, a considerable number of man-hours are required for mounting, removing and storing the jig. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, further improving the invention of the prior application, without impairing the advantage of aligning and fixing the panel and the frame member in the invention of the prior application,
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for quickly, easily, accurately, and firmly assembling the frame member to the support column with a small number of steps, and an assembling structure suitable for carrying out the above method. .
