DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2 according to the present invention will be described. This is an embodiment corresponding to claim 2. This illuminating lamp lighting device includes a main illuminating lamp 2 having a large light output and a safety lamp 3 having a small light output. A main lighting circuit 61 for lighting the main lighting 2 at a rated level, a dimming lighting circuit 62 for dimming the main lighting 2 and an auxiliary lighting circuit 64 for lighting the safety lamp 3 are provided. The automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is provided for automatically extinguishing the automatic extinction lamp (2) after it is turned on for a while. The main lighting 2 is also used as the lighting for self-extinguishing (3). The changeover switch 1 is provided for selecting any one of the main lighting circuit 61, the dimming lighting circuit 62, the auxiliary lighting circuit 64, and the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63. The light output of the main illumination lamp 2 by the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is set to be smaller than that by the dimming lighting circuit 62. The light output of the main illumination lamp 2 by the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 in the present embodiment is 20 to the rated value.
30%. In addition, the dimming lighting circuit 62 is 6
It is 0%. The reason that a gap corresponding to 40 to 30% is secured between them is to allow a person to easily distinguish the difference in brightness. Supplement the explanation. Main lighting 2 is 2
It is a fluorescent lamp. The safety light 3 is a so-called safety bulb of 5W. The timer circuit 5 is attached to the self-extinguishing lighting circuit 63. The delay time of the timer circuit 5 is 5 to 10 seconds. 4 is an AC power supply. 6 is a common lighting circuit. The main lighting circuit 61, the dimming lighting circuit 62, and the automatic turning-off lighting circuit 63 are actually the common lighting circuit 6. The wiring directly pointed to as the dimming lighting circuit 62 / automatic turning-off lighting circuit 63 is a signal line for inputting a signal to that effect to the common lighting circuit 6. The wiring directly pointed to as the main lighting circuit 61 is a common power supply line. Therefore, although the display of FIG. 1 is convenient, it is assumed that the range of the automatic turning-off lighting circuit 63 includes the related circuits in the common lighting circuit 6 operating in the automatic turning-off mode. The changeover switch 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a rotary switch that advances by one notch each time a drawstring operation (not shown) is performed. Thereby, any contact (a ~
Select d). If the contact point a is selected, the main lighting circuit 61 is energized under the AC power source 4, and the main illumination lamp (fluorescent lamp) 2 is turned on at the rated (100% output). If it is the contact point b, the dimming lighting circuit 62 is energized, and the main illumination lamp (fluorescent lamp) 2 is dimmed (60% output in this embodiment) to be lit. If it is the contact point c, the auxiliary lighting circuit 64 is energized, and the safety lamp (safety ball) 3 is lit. If it is the contact point d, the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is energized to shift to the automatic extinction mode. The delay time of the timer circuit 5 attached to the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is 5 to 10 seconds. FIG. 2 shows the transition of the lighting mode with one step of the changeover switch, and the turning off of the automatic light-off mode is the state after the automatic light-off belonging to the automatic light-off mode. Figure 1 When the device shifts to the automatic extinction mode, the main illumination lamp (fluorescent lamp) 2 is rated at 4
With a light output of 0 to 30%, the light is turned on for 5 to 10 seconds (for example, 7 seconds) and is automatically turned off after 5 to 10 seconds. It is not preferable to turn on the fluorescent lamp 2 at a light output level as low as 40 to 30% from the viewpoint of life, but the idea of this point of the present invention is 1
The position is that the lighting time per operation is only about 5 to 10 seconds, the effect of shortening the life of the fluorescent lamp 2 is slight, and there is no practical problem. The room for deformation of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 will be described. For example, except for the dimming lighting circuit 62 of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to use the changeover switch 1 having no contact b. In that case, the operation is the mode in which the 60% lighting (dimming) mode of the fluorescent lamp 2 is removed from FIG.
This modified embodiment corresponds to an embodiment of the invention corresponding to claim 1. Further, in the apparatus of FIG. 1, two fluorescent lamps are used as the main illumination lamp 2, but this may be one. further,
The main illumination lamp 2 may be an incandescent lamp having a light output much larger than that of the safety lamp 3. Another embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 will be described. This is an embodiment corresponding to the invention of claim 3. Therefore, a dimming lighting circuit peculiar to this embodiment is also attached. In the description of the present embodiment, the component numbers in FIG. 1 are used as they are, and part of the overlapping description will be omitted. This device includes a main illumination lamp 2 having a large light output and a safety lamp 3 having a small light output. A main lighting circuit 61 for lighting the main lighting 2 at a rated level, a dimming lighting circuit 62 for the main lighting 2, and an auxiliary lighting circuit 64 for lighting the safety lamp 3 are provided. The automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is provided for automatically extinguishing the automatic extinction lamp (3) after it is turned on for a while. The safety light 3 is also used as the self-extinguishing illumination light (3). The changeover switch 1 for selecting and energizing any one of the main lighting circuit 61, the dimming lighting circuit 62, the auxiliary lighting circuit 64, and the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 is provided. The light output of the safety lamp 3 is set to be small when the lighting is performed by the auxiliary lighting circuit 64, and is set to be large when the lighting is performed by the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63. The transition of the lighting mode as the changeover switch 1 advances is shown in FIG.
become that way. As the safety light 3 in FIG. 3, a small incandescent lamp of 10 to 15 W class, which is slightly large for this type of application, is used. When the contact a of the changeover switch 1 is selected, the main lighting circuit 61 enters a mode for lighting the main illumination lamp (fluorescent lamp) 2 at 100% (rated value). Contact b (more precisely, contact b
When e) is selected, 60% of the main illumination lamp (fluorescent lamp) 2 by the dimming lighting circuit 62 is in the dimming lighting mode. When the contact C is selected, the auxiliary lighting circuit 64 enters the lighting mode of the safety lamp 3. In the safety light 3 lighting mode, the large-sized safety light 3 of 10 to 15 W is dimmed to 3 to 5 W and turned on. The auxiliary lighting circuit 64 used for this is a bidirectional 3-terminal thyristor 61, a trigger element 9, a resistor 10,
It is a phase control type dimming circuit using a capacitor 11.
When the contact point d is selected, the automatic extinction lighting circuit 63 operates and the automatic extinction mode is set. When you switch to this mode,
Since the one-way three-terminal thyristor 12 in the self-extinguishing lighting circuit 63 is triggered by the resistors 14 and 15 to be turned on, the safety lamp 3 is lit at a level of 10 to 15 W, which is close to the rated output. After that, when some time preset by the timer circuit 5 has passed, another transistor 13 is turned on by the control output of the timer circuit 5, the gate of the unidirectional three-terminal thyristor 12 is cut off, and turned off,
The safety light 3 is turned off. 7 is a full-wave rectifier circuit. Fig. 3.
The normal lighting mode of the safety light 3 in FIG. 4 is set to 3 to 5 W, and the lighting level in the self-extinguishing mode is 10 to 15 W.
The reason is that the user can immediately recognize the difference in the lighting level between the two. In particular, the reason why the normal lighting mode is lowered is to prevent it from disturbing sleep. In addition, the reason why the automatic turn-off mode is made brighter is to make it easier to inspect the room and confirm safety when leaving the room. The above-mentioned respective embodiments use the changeover switch 1 which advances by a drawstring operation, for example, but the same effect can be obtained even with a remote control type changeover switch which responds to a remote control pendant. As is apparent, the present invention also serves as a main lighting or a safety lighting as a lighting for self-extinguishing. This is to avoid the cost burden due to the use of a dedicated self-extinguishing illumination lamp. In the present invention, the brightness of the self-extinguishing illumination lamp (main illumination lamp or safety lamp) is made different from the original brightness of the main illumination lamp or safety lamp in the regular lighting mode. This is for avoiding the cost burden of using the notification means and enabling notification based on the difference in brightness. In the present invention, in order to increase the light output of the self-extinguishing illuminating lamp, the main illuminating lamp is used, or the safety lamp is used with high output. This is so that the work for leaving the room or confirming the safety of the room can be accurately performed while the self-extinguishing lighting lamp is turned on.

According to the present invention, by changing the brightness of the main illumination lamp or the safety lamp in the automatic light-off mode,
