Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily attach/detach the camera by using a sucker to adsorb the camera onto a wall face of a water tank so as to prevent a picked-up image from being shaken by movement of water. CONSTITUTION: The camera system is made up of an underwater monitor camera 1, motors 2, 3, a transparent semi-spherical dome 4, a stationary plate 10 and a sucker 50 or the like and the system is mounted onto a wall face 60a in a water tank 60 in which water 16 is put by the sucker 50. The motor 2 drives the underwater monitor camera 1 around a vertical shaft and the motor 3 drives the camera around the horizontal shaft to allow the underwater monitor camera 1 to pick up an image in the water tank 60 in every direction. When the system is installed, the sucker 50 is in press contact with the wall face 60a of the water tank, a button 52 is pulled to form a space 51 between the wall face 60a and the sucker 50 to allow a negative pressure to adsorb the camera. Thus, the system is mounted at an optional position in the water tank and the system is simply mounted/dismounted without the use of any special tool.

As shown in FIG. 2, the motor 3 is integrated with the base 5 by fixing the cover 30 to the center of the base 5 with the screw 31, and the motor 3 is watertight by the base 5 and the O-ring 19. I keep it. An annular rotary table 7 is fitted on the shaft of the motor 3, and the shaft of the motor 3 and the fixed plate 16 are two screws 1
8 (only one of which is shown in FIG. 2) is fixed, and the annular rotary base 7 and the fixed plate 16 are fixed by screws 17. Brackets 8 and 9 are welded and fixed to the annular turntable 7. The bracket 8 is provided with a hole 8a. The motor 2 is inserted by inserting the motor 2 from the side opposite to the bracket 9 of the hole 8a so as to penetrate the shaft, and fixing the cover 13 to the bracket 8 with the screw 14. Combine 8 The rotation shaft 15 is fixed to the underwater surveillance camera holding portion 15a so as to be concentric with the underwater surveillance camera holding portion 15a so as to sandwich the underwater surveillance camera holding portion 15a. One end of the rotating shaft 15 is fixed to the shaft of the motor 2, and the rotating shaft 15 can rotate integrally with the shaft of the motor 2. A bearing 11 is arranged on the bracket 9 at a position facing the hole 8 a of the bracket 8 and is fixed to the bracket 9 with a screw 12. The bearing 11 supports the other end of the rotating shaft 15. As shown in FIG. 3, the underwater surveillance camera holding portion 15a is provided with a facing flange 15b, and the underwater surveillance camera 1 is firmly held by closing the flange 15b with a bolt nut 21.

The sucker 50 has a threaded portion 55a as shown in FIG.
And the connecting member 55 having the hole 55b is passed through the hole 10a of the fixed plate 10 so that the hole 55b is located on the side of the wall surface 60a in FIG.
The button 52 is screwed and fixed to the. A plastic cover 53 is interposed between the fixed plate 10 and the suction portion 54. Initially, the button 52 of the suction cup 50 is in contact with the fixed plate 16 as shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 1, it is put in the water tank 60 and brought into contact with the wall surface 60a. Next, the button 52 is pulled, and the space 5 is formed between the wall surface 60a and the suction portion 54.
1 is formed into the state shown in FIG. Here, the space 51 is not a vacuum, but watertightness is maintained at the contact portion between the wall surface 60a and the adsorption portion 54, and a negative pressure is generated. Due to this negative pressure, the suction cup 50 adheres to the wall surface 60a, and the wall-mounted underwater monitoring camera 100 is fixed to the wall surface 60a. Although four suction cups 50 are used in FIG. 3, three suction cups 50 may be used as long as the suction force to the wall surface 60a is sufficient. Needless to say, five or more suction cups may be used if they do not interfere with each other.

(First invention) When the present invention is applied, since the underwater monitoring camera does not swing or vibrate in the water tank, the image is not shaken, so that the water tank can be monitored well. Also, since the wall-mounted underwater surveillance camera is suction-fixed to the wall using a suction cup, it can be mounted at any position in the water tank.
Further, it is possible to easily attach and detach without requiring any particular device or instrument. (Second Invention) Two motors are required in the first invention, but in the second invention, only one motor is required or one motor may not be provided, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
