Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb external force, even if a moving socket housing portion and a terminal fixing housing portion are dislocated mutually, so as to put them in excellent connection by coupling them mutually with an elastic coupling plate so as to be connected to and be disconnected from each other. CONSTITUTION:A plug 18 is inserted into the plug insertion recessed portion 2A of a moving socket housing portion 2 from above so as to connect connection elements 7 for both male and female types, 19 mutually. When the moving socket housing portion 2 and the plug 18 are dislocated from a predetermined position in the direction of the moving socket housing portion 2, the moving socket housing portion 2 is moved so as to be connected to and be disconnected from a terminal fixing housing portion 3 owing to the elastic deformation of a coupling plate 4 and the elastic deformation of the upper half portion 9A of a connection element 7 terminal portion 9, and undesirable external force is absorbed. Thereby, the breakage of the connection elements 7, 19, the separation of a soldering portion 17, and the like are prevented so that it is possible to always maintain an excellent connection state.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the movable socket housing portion 2 is connected to the printed circuit board 15 from the hooks 5.
The terminal fixing housing portion 3 is movably locked to the female electric connector 7 on the copper foil pattern on the back surface of the printed circuit board 15.
The terminal portion 9 is fixed by soldering 17. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the hook 5 and the positioning pin 6 of the movable socket housing portion 2 are respectively attached to the printed circuit board 15 as shown in FIG.
The movable socket housing portion 2 can be moved in the direction of the terminal fixing housing portion 3 by disposing the movable socket housing portion 2 at the center position of the locking elongated hole 16. Further, on the front surface of the plug 18, there is provided a male electric contact 19 which is electrically connected to the contact piece 12 of the contact portion 8 of the female electric connector 7 fixed to the movable socket housing portion 2, The width of the male electric contact 19 is equal to the width of the contact piece 12 of the female electric contact 7.
Is formed wider than the width.

Therefore, the plug 18 is inserted into the plug insertion recess 2A of the movable socket housing portion 2 from above to electrically connect the two electrical connectors 7 and 19. At this time, when the plug 18 is inserted into the movable socket housing part 2 in a state where the movable socket housing part 2 and the plug 18 are displaced from each other in a direction from the predetermined position toward the movable socket housing part 2, FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, the movable socket housing portion 2 is elastically deformed by the connecting plate 4 and the upper half portion 9A of the terminal portion 9 of the female electric connector 7,
Since the unnecessary external force is absorbed by moving the terminal fixing housing portion 3 toward and away from the terminal fixing housing portion 3, both electric connectors 7,
It is possible to prevent the damage of 19 and the peeling of the soldering 17, and to always maintain a good electrical connection state.

The length of the plug insertion recess 2A in the width direction of the movable socket housing portion 2 is larger than the length of the plug 18 in the width direction, and the plug 18 can move in the width direction in the recess 2A. Since the plug 18 is formed to have the above-described structure, the positional deviation of the plug 18 in the width direction with respect to the movable socket housing portion 2 is also eliminated. In this case, since the width of the male electrical connector 19 is considerably wider than the width of the female electrical connector 7, there is no problem in electrical connection.

As described above, the printed circuit board connector according to the present invention accommodates the movable socket housing portion for accommodating the contact portion of the female electric connector with the plug and the terminal portion of the female electric connector. The terminal fixing housing part is connected by a connecting plate having an elastic force so that the terminal fixing housing part and the terminal fixing housing part can be separated from each other. Even when the plug is fitted into the movable socket housing part in this state, the movable socket housing part approaches the terminal fixed housing part due to the elastic deformation of the connecting plate,
Alternatively, it moves parallel to the direction away from the terminal fixed housing part to absorb unnecessary external force due to the displacement, and the adverse effect on the female electric connector of the movable socket housing part and the male electric connector of the plug is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to always maintain a good electrical connection state. Further, a hook is vertically provided at the bottom of the movable socket housing portion, and the hook is formed so as to be inserted into a long slot for locking which is long in the direction of the terminal fixing housing portion formed on the printed circuit board. The movement of the housing portion is guided by the locking elongated hole and can be smoothly moved. Further, the length of the plug insertion concave portion in the width direction of the movable socket housing portion is formed to be larger than the length of the plug in the width direction, and the plug is formed so as to be movable in the plug insertion concave portion. Even when the plug is fitted in the movable socket housing with the relative positional relationship between the housing and plug shifted in the width direction, the plug moves in the plug insertion recess in the width direction and the position shift occurs. There are various effects that can absorb unnecessary external force.

3. A movable socket housing portion for accommodating a contact portion of the female electric connector with a plug and a terminal fixing housing portion for accommodating a terminal portion of the female electric connector can be brought into and out of contact with each other. By connecting with a connecting plate having an elastic force, the width of the plug insertion concave portion in the width direction of the movable socket housing portion is formed to be larger than the length of the plug in the width direction, and the plug can move in the concave portion. A printed circuit board connector characterized by being formed as described above.
