2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in medical institutions such as hospitals,
It is used for intravenous injection as an infusion solution by dissolving a dry drug such as a powder drug or a freeze-dried drug contained in a drug container such as a vial. The operation of preparing such a dry preparation into a drug solution is performed by connecting a container containing a drug and a container containing a solution for dissolving the drug using a connecting tool such as a double-ended needle or a connecting pipe, and then dissolving the drug. This is done by transferring the liquid to a container containing the drug. However, this operation is complicated and time-consuming, and since the operation for opening a hole for connecting to the container containing the drug in the open air is performed, the drug inside may be contaminated. Therefore, as a solution to the above problems,

In the drug solution preparing set shown in FIG. 1, engagement between the tip surface of the hub 33 and the small protrusion 17 of the slide portion 11, the small protrusion 16 of the slide portion 11 and the lateral groove 36 of the double-ended needle 3 is performed.
The combination of engagement with and is a means for controlling the slide of the double-ended needle 3, and the engagement between the small groove 27 and the small projection 37 of the cap member 23 of the dissolution liquid container 2 and the cap member of the dissolution liquid container 2. The combination of engagement between the tip end surface of 23 and the small projection 38 serves as means for controlling the sliding of the solution container 2. Further, the stress for releasing the engagement of the slide control means of the dissolution liquid container 2 is made sufficiently larger than the stress required for releasing the engagement of the slide control means of the double-ended needle 3. The height of the small protrusions 16 and 17 is set to the small protrusion 37,
The height is slightly smaller than the height of 38, or the outer wall of the cap member 23 of the solution container 2 and the solution container insertion portion 34 of the double-ended needle 3.
The sliding resistance of the inner wall of the vial 4 is made larger than the sliding resistance of the outer wall of the double-ended needle 3 and the inner wall of the slide cylinder 1. The piercing portion 232 of the cap member 23 of the dissolution liquid container 2 is not pierced by the upper portion of the dissolution liquid container 2 until the rubber stopper 42 of the vial 4 is pierced by the lower puncturing needle 32 of the double-ended needle 3 (for example, larger than the piercing resistance of 42). The order of communication between the solution container 2 and the vial 4 is regulated such that the needle 31 pierces the container.

The vial 4 may be the same as a commercially available vial. However, in the case of the slide cylinder 1 having the screw-in type vial insertion portion 12, the outer wall of the opening 41 of the vial 4 is provided. A male screw 43 to be screwed into the slide cylinder 1 needs to be provided (see FIG. 10). Further, when using a normal vial, it is necessary to separately prepare an adapter (not shown) with a male coupling means at the mouth of the vial and attach it to the mouth of the vial. The coupling between the vial 4 and the slide cylinder 1 is not necessarily limited to screwing, and any coupling method such as luer coupling, fitting or any other detachable coupling method can be adopted. The same applies to the connection between the mouth portion 21 of the dissolving liquid container 2 and the cap member 23.
