Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent molten solder from flowing down and to enhance bonding strength by forming a bent part to the end edge part on the upper surface side of a honeycomb core and soldering the bent part and a face plate in a surface contact state. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum brazing sheets 4 each having solder layers provided to both surfaces thereof are formed so as to have a half regular hexagonal shape on a plan view and subjected to bending processing at a right angle to alternately form bent parts 6 to the brazing sheets 4 left and right. These processed brazing sheets 4 are arranged so that the bent parts 6 become a state facing in opposite directions to obtain a honeycomb core 1. Face plates 3, 4 composed of aluminum brazing sheets clad with a solder material on the side of the honeycomb core are arranged to the upper and rear surfaces of the honeycomb core 1. The whole is heated to soldering temp. in a soldering furnace to integrally solder not only the aluminium brazing sheets 4 mutually but also the honeycomb core and the face plates 2, 3. Since the honeycomb core 1 and the face plates 2, 3 are soldered in a surface contact state, molten solder is prevented from flowing down and bonding strength is also excellent.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a brazed honeycomb panel and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, when a face plate is brazed on both upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core formed by corrugating an aluminum brazing sheet, it is melted. Solves the problem of insufficient brazing joining between the upper face plate and the upper surface side of the honeycomb core due to the flow-down of the braze, and sufficient brazing material for the brazing part on the upper face plate and the upper surface side of the honeycomb core. TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a brazed honeycomb panel and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a bonded portion having excellent bonding strength can be formed.

2. Description of the Related Art Aluminum honeycomb panels are shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the aluminum honeycomb core 1 is a laminated body in which the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb core 1 are joined to the aluminum face plates 2 and 3. In particular, an aluminum brazed honeycomb panel in which aluminum brazing sheets are brazed to each other to form a honeycomb core, and aluminum face plates are brazed to the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb core, can be welded and bent. Since it can be processed, it has come to be used in various fields such as construction, vehicles, automobiles, and ships.

Conventionally, as the aluminum honeycomb panel, a panel having a panel thickness (core height) of 20 to 30 mm has been used, but as the application of the aluminum honeycomb panel expands, for example, a panel having a panel thickness of 50 to 120 mm is used. It is being requested. However, when an aluminum honeycomb panel having such a large panel thickness is to be manufactured by brazing and joining, face plates made of an aluminum brazing sheet are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum honeycomb core, and fixed with a jig in the furnace. However, the residual width W of the wax in the brazing portion between the upper face plate 2 of the honeycomb panel and the upper surface side of the honeycomb core 1 is caused by the flow of the molten wax as shown in FIG. There is a problem that u becomes narrow and sufficient brazing and joining cannot be performed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems in an aluminum honeycomb panel having a large panel thickness, and an object thereof is to provide aluminum face plates on the upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core. When brazing is performed, molten braze does not flow down, and sufficient brazing material remains in the brazing portion between the upper face plate and the upper surface side of the honeycomb core, so that the lower face plate 3 and the honeycomb core shown in FIG. Residual width W b of the wax formed on the lower surface side of No. 1
Similarly, it is to provide a brazing honeycomb panel in which a brazing joint portion having a sufficiently wide residual width of the brazing is formed, and a method for manufacturing the same.

In the present invention, the bent portion 6 is formed on the aluminum brazing sheet 4 forming the honeycomb core 1.
Since the core 1 and the face plates 2 and 3 are brazed, they are brazed by surface contact as shown in FIG. The residual width of the braze in the brazing portion W 1 on the face plate 2 and the honeycomb core upper surface side is sufficiently wide like the residual width of the braze formed in the brazing portion W 2 between the lower face plate 3 and the honeycomb core lower surface side, and the bonding A brazing joint having excellent strength can be obtained. The bent portions 6 may be formed on both side edge portions of the aluminum brazing sheet 4 forming the honeycomb core 1. In this case, the lower face plate 3 and the lower surface side of the honeycomb core 1 are also brazed by surface contact. Will be done.

A corrugated aluminum brazing sheet 4 shown in FIG. 6 is laminated as shown in FIG. 7 to form a honeycomb core 1, and a face plate 2 made of an aluminum brazing sheet is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb core 1.
3 is arranged so that the brazing material 5 is located on the core side and heated to a brazing temperature in a brazing furnace, the aluminum brazing sheet 4 forming the core and the core and the face plates 2 and 3 are integrally brazed. To be done.

Since the bent portion 6 is formed on the aluminum brazing sheet 4 forming the honeycomb core 1, the bent portion 6 and the upper face plate 2 are in surface contact with each other during brazing as shown in FIG. The flow of the brazing material is avoided, and a brazing portion W 1 having a sufficiently wide residual width of the brazing material is formed on the upper face plate 2 and the honeycomb core upper surface side, so that a satisfactory brazing connection can be obtained.

In FIG. 9, the aluminum brazing sheet 4 is cut into a predetermined width in the same manner as in FIG. 1, and then the edge portion on one side corresponding to the bent portion 6 is cut into a V shape to bend the bent portion 6.
Is formed. The aluminum brazing sheet 4 shown in FIG. 9 is bent along a bending line F and has a bent portion 6 formed thereon. The bent portions 6 are overlapped with each other to form the honeycomb core 1, and face plates are arranged on the upper and lower sides to perform brazing and bonding. According to this method, interference between adjacent bent portions can be avoided, so that a larger number of bent portions can be formed than in the method of FIGS. 3 and 6, and strong brazing and joining can be performed. Even in this method, the bent portion 6 has the aluminum brazing sheet 4
It may be formed on both edge portions.

According to the structure of the present invention, since the bent portion formed by bending the honeycomb core at a right angle is formed on the edge portion on the upper surface side of the honeycomb core, the aluminum brazing sheet forming the honeycomb core is superposed on the core shape. Arranged,
When the face plates made of aluminum brazing sheet are arranged on both upper and lower sides of the core and the whole is fixed, and when charged into a brazing furnace and heated to a brazing temperature, brazing of the upper face plate and the honeycomb core upper face side is Since the face plate and the bent portion are substantially in surface contact with each other, there is no molten braze flowing down, the residual width of the brazing filler metal in the brazing portion is sufficiently wide, and a brazing joint portion having high joint strength can be obtained.
