り、しかも、締付けボルトは、先端外周におねじ部を有
する軸部と、この軸部の基端に設けられかつ係止孔の周
縁に係合する定着板と、この定着板の側面に突出して設
けられ、載置台に係合して締付けボルトの軸回りの回転
を規制する回り防止レバーと、定着板に設けられ、かつ
締付けボルトを係止孔内で揺動させるための揺動レバー
とから構成されていることを特徴とするものである。
