Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、過剰な操作力を加えた場合の処置部の破損や
折損を防止できるようにした処置具に関する。

[従来の技術] 近年、体腔内に細長の挿入部を挿入することにより、体
腔内臓器等を観察したり、必要に応じて処置具チャンネ
ル内に挿通した処置具を用いて各種治療処置のできる医
療用内視鏡が広く用いられている。また、工業分野にお
いても、ボイラ,タービン,エンジン,化学プラント等
の内部を観察したりすることのできる工業用内視鏡が広
く利用されている。
腔内臓器等を観察したり、必要に応じて処置具チャンネ
ル内に挿通した処置具を用いて各種治療処置のできる医
療用内視鏡が広く用いられている。また、工業分野にお
いても、ボイラ,タービン,エンジン,化学プラント等
の内部を観察したりすることのできる工業用内視鏡が広
く利用されている。
前記内視鏡の付属部品として、あるいは内視鏡と併用し
て、さらには単独で用いられる処置具には、生検鉗子や
把持鉗子等がある。前記生検鉗子としては、例えば、実
開昭57−193811号公報に示されるようなものがある。第
4図は、この生検鉗子を示す正面図である。生検鉗子1
は、シース2と、こシース2の先端部に設けられた処置
部3と、前記シース2の基端部に設けられた操作部4と
から構成されている。前記シース2は、パイプ10からな
り、このパイプ10内に、第12図に示すような操作軸5が
挿通されている。この操作軸5の先端部には、一対の生
検カップ6,7がろう付け等によって取付けられている。
この生検カップ6,7は、V字状に離開するような弾性力
が付与された一対の挟持片6a,7aと、この挟持片6a,7aの
開放端に形成されたカップ状の切刃6b,7bとで構成され
ている。また、前記操作軸5の後端部には、雄ねじ部5a
が形成されている。

開昭57−193811号公報に示されるようなものがある。第
4図は、この生検鉗子を示す正面図である。生検鉗子1

この生検カップ6,7は、V字状に離開するような弾性力
が付与された一対の挟持片6a,7aと、この挟持片6a,7aの
開放端に形成されたカップ状の切刃6b,7bとで構成され
ている。また、前記操作軸5の後端部には、雄ねじ部5a
が形成されている。
一方、前記シース2の後端部には、側部に係入部8aを有
する基部部材8が固設されている。また、操作部4に
は、指掛け部11a,12aを有し、中心部13が枢支ピン14で
交差することなく枢支された一対のハンドル11,12が設
けられている。前方側のハンドル11の先端部には、U字
状の溝15が形成されており、この溝15が前記基部部材8
の係入部8aに係入されている。また、後方側のハンドル
12の先端部には、前記操作軸5の後端部が挿通される挿
通孔が形成されている。前記操作軸5の後端部は、この
挿通孔に挿通されて、ハンドル12の後方側に突出されて
いる。そして、前記操作軸5の雄ねじ部5aに、この操作
軸5の抜け止め用の止めねじ17が螺合されている。

固定する固定ねじ19が螺入されおり、前記操作軸5の前
後位置が調整可能になっている。

このような構成において、ハンドル11,12の指掛け部11
a,12aを開方向へ操作すると、ハンドル11,12の先端部が

a,7aが前記パイプ10内に収納され、切刃6b,7bが噛み合
わされ、生体組織を採取できるようになっている。

[発明の目的] 本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、過剰
な操作力を加えた場合の処置部の折損や折損を確実に防
止できるようにした処置具を提供することを目的として
いる。

[問題点を解決するための手段及び作用] 本発明による処置具は、手元側の操作部材の操作によっ
て、この操作部材に力伝達部材を介して連設された先端
の処置部を操作するようにした処置具において、前記操
作部材に対する操作力が所定の力以上の範囲では、前記
操作部材から前記処置部への力の伝達を解除し、前記操
作部材に対する所定以上の操作力が解除された後は、再
び前記操作部材から前記処置部への力の伝達を可能にす
る操作力伝達手段を有しており、上述のように前記操作
部材に対する所定以上の操作力が解除された後は、前記
操作部力伝達手段により再び前記操作部材から前記処置
部への力の伝達が可能になる。

部への力の伝達が可能になる。
[実施例] 以下、図面を参照照して本発明の実施例を説明する。
第1図ないし第3図は本発明の第1実施例に係り、第1
図は生検鉗子の要部断面図、第2図は生検カップが開い
た状態の生検鉗子の正面図、第3図は生検カップが閉じ
た状態の生検鉗子の正面図である。

第2図及び第3図に示すように、生検鉗子21は、シース
22と、このシース22の先端部に設けられた処置部23と、
前記シース22の基端部に設けられた操作部24とから構成
されている。前記シース22は、パイプ30からなり、この
パイプ30内に、力伝達部材としての操作軸25が挿通され
ている。この操作軸25は、例えば金属棒等から成り、先
端部には、処置部3を構成する一対の生検カップ26,27
がろう付け等によって取付けられている。この生検カッ
プ26,27は、V字状に離間するような弾性力が付与され
た挟持片26a,27aと、この挟持片26a,27aの開放端に形成
されたカップ状の切刃26b,27bとで構成されている。
尚、生検カップ26,27は、操作軸25と別体でも良いし、
金属等により一体形成されたものであっても良い。

金属等により一体形成されたものであっても良い。
一方、前記シース22の後端部には、側部に係入部28aを
有する基部部材28が固設されている。また、操作部24に
は、指掛け部31a,32aを有し、中心部33が枢支ピン34で
交差することなく枢支された操作部材としての一対のハ
ンドル31,32が設けられている。前方側のハンドル31の
先端部には、U字状の溝35が形成されており、この溝35
が前記基部部材28の係入部28aに係入されている。ま
た、第1図に示すように、後方側のハンドル32の先端部
には、前記操作軸25の後端部が挿通される挿通孔36が形
成されている。前記操作軸25の後端部は、この挿通孔36
に挿通されて、ハンドル32の後方側に突出されている。

本実施例では、第1図に示すように、前記ハンドル32の
先端部に、先端側に開口した凹部41が設けられている。
この凹部41の底部には、前記挿通孔36に連通する連通孔
42が形成されている。また、前記操作軸25の後端側の側
部には、前記貫通孔42に対応する位置に係合溝43が形成
されている。前記凹部41内には、係合ピン44が収納され
ている。この係合ピン44の先端側は、前記連通孔42に挿
通されて前記挿通孔36側に突出され、前記操作軸25の係
合溝43に係合されている。そして、この係合ピン44と係
合溝43との係合により、前記操作軸25とハンドル32とが
連結されている。また、前記凹部41には、前記係合ピン
44を前記挿通孔36側に付勢するばね45が収納されてい
る。前記凹部41の開口部分には、蓋体46が螺着され、こ
の蓋体46によって前記ばね45が凹部41内に保持されてい
る。前記ばね45の付勢力は、前記係合溝43と係合ピン44
との係合部に操作軸25の軸方向に所定以上の力が加えら
れたときに、前記係合溝43と係合ピン44との係合が解除
されるような大きさになっている。また、前記ばね45の
付勢力は、前記蓋体46によって調整できるようになって
いる。尚、前記所定の力とは、処置部23の生検カップ2
6,27が破損または折損されるときに加えられる力よりも
小さい力である。

この凹部41の底部には、前記挿通孔36に連通する連通孔
42が形成されている。また、前記操作軸25の後端側の側
部には、前記貫通孔42に対応する位置に係合溝43が形成
されている。前記凹部41内には、係合ピン44が収納され
ている。この係合ピン44の先端側は、前記連通孔42に挿
通されて前記挿通孔36側に突出され、前記操作軸25の係
合溝43に係合されている。そして、この係合ピン44と係
合溝43との係合により、前記操作軸25とハンドル32とが
連結されている。また、前記凹部41には、前記係合ピン
44を前記挿通孔36側に付勢するばね45が収納されてい
る。前記凹部41の開口部分には、蓋体46が螺着され、こ
の蓋体46によって前記ばね45が凹部41内に保持されてい
る。前記ばね45の付勢力は、前記係合溝43と係合ピン44
との係合部に操作軸25の軸方向に所定以上の力が加えら
れたときに、前記係合溝43と係合ピン44との係合が解除
されるような大きさになっている。また、前記ばね45の
付勢力は、前記蓋体46によって調整できるようになって
いる。尚、前記所定の力とは、処置部23の生検カップ2
6,27が破損または折損されるときに加えられる力よりも
小さい力である。
以上のように構成された本実施例では、第2図に示すよ
うに、ハンドル31,32の指掛け部31a,32aを開方向へ操作
すると、ハンドル31,32の先端部が閉方向へ移動し、パ
イプ30が操作軸25に対して後方へ移動する。すると、生
検カップ26,27の挟持片26a,27aが前記パイプ30の外部に
突出し、V字状に離開する。一方、第3図に示すよう
に、前記ハンドル31,32の指掛け部31a,32aを閉方向へ操
作すると、前記挟持片26a,27aが前記パイプ30内に収納
され、切刃26b,27bが噛み合わされ、生体組織を採取で
きるようになっている。

本実施例において、採取しようとする組織が硬い場合等
に、力を加え過ぎ、ハンドル31,32に対する操作力が所
定の力以上に達すると、操作軸25の係合溝43と、係合ピ
ン44との係合が解除される。すなわち、ハンドル32と操
作軸25との連結が解除され、ハンドル31,32に対する操
作力は、処置部23に伝達されなくなる。従って、この処
置部23の生検カップ26,27が所定の力以上に引かれるこ
とがなく、生検カップ26,27の破損や折損が防止され
る。

所定以上に達し、操作軸25の係合溝43と、係合ピン44と
の係合が解除されたときは、操作軸25の係合溝43と係合
ピン44とを再び係合させることにより、簡単に再使用で
きるようになっている。

尚、本発明は、上記実施例に限定されず、例えば、第1
図において、ハンドル31,32に対する操作力が所定の力
以上に達したとき、シース22を構成するパイプ30と前方
側のハンドル31との連結が解除されるものであっても良
い。

また、本発明は、生検鉗子に限らず、先端に把持カッ
プ,把持爪を有する把持鉗子や、バスケット型の把持鉗
子等、また、先端に切除用のワイヤループを有し、この
ワイヤループを開閉操作する高周波電気メス等の種々の
処置具に適用することができる。

[発明の効果] 以上説明したように本発明によれば、操作部材に対する
操作力が所定の力以上の範囲では、前記操作部材から前
記処置部への力の伝達を解除し、前記操作部材に対する
所定以上の操作力が解除された後は、再び前記操作部材
から前記処置部への力の伝達を可能にする操作力伝達手
段を設けたので、過剰な操作力を加えた場合の処置部の
破損や折損を確実に防止できるという効果がある。
操作力が所定の力以上の範囲では、前記操作部材から前
記処置部への力の伝達を解除し、前記操作部材に対する
所定以上の操作力が解除された後は、再び前記操作部材
から前記処置部への力の伝達を可能にする操作力伝達手
段を設けたので、過剰な操作力を加えた場合の処置部の
破損や折損を確実に防止できるという効果がある。

- 【請求項1】手元側の操作部材の操作によって、この操
作部材に力伝達部材を介して連接された先端の処置部を
操作するようにした処置具において、前記操作部材に対
する操作力が所定の力以上の範囲では、前記操作部材か
ら前記処置部への力の伝達を解除し、前記操作部材に対
する所定以上の操作力が解除された後は、再び前記操作
部材から前記処置部への力の伝達を可能にする操作力伝
達手段を有することを特徴とする処置具。
