Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a safe electronic flame lamp capable of emitting light like an actual candle flame without any power source cord by containing a light emission controlling means and batteries inside a main body case for supporting flame shaped case housing a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements. CONSTITUTION:Three light emitting diodes LED 1-3 are housed inside a translucent flame shaped case 2 made of plastic. A light emission control circuit substrate 8 for irregularly emitting the light emitting diodes LED and two dry batteries 6, 7 serving as power sources for the substrate 8 are contained inside a main body case 5 supporting the flame shaped case 2. Upon turning-on a pushbutton type power source switch SW attached to the bottom of the main body case 5, the flame shaped case 2 is lighted as is it was an actual flame viewed from the outside. The main body case 5 is housed inside a candle type housing, and then, is erected on a commercial candle stand. Consequently, it is possible to provide a safe electronic candle lamp with improved accessibility.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a candle placed on a Buddhist altar, a ring lamp, or the like actually causes a fire using a matcher, a lighter, etc., and there is a problem that a fire sometimes occurs due to careless handling. In order to do so, a light bulb type lighting in which an AC 100 volt light bulb is attached instead of a flame is often used.

The conventional light bulb type lighting described above has a problem in that the power cord must be routed around because the AC 100 volt power supply is required, and the surroundings become cluttered. Also, when the power switch is turned on, the light bulb does not look like a flame because it does not change its brightness like a flame, only that it emits light in a constant state. Furthermore, since a light bulb is used, there is a problem that the light bulb breaks depending on the handling. Therefore, in the present invention, a battery is used as a power source, and a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements such as a light emitting diode are controlled to emit light so that the brightness changes like a flame. It is an object to provide an electronic flame lamp close to the above.

The stabilized DC voltage of 5 V output from the integrated circuit IC1 for power supply is supplied to the light emitting diode LED via the power supply terminal of the not gate IC2 and the resistor R7.
It is applied to 1, 2, and 3. A switching transistor Q1 is connected to the cathode of the light emitting diode LED1, and a switching transistor Q2 is connected to the cathode of the light emitting diode LED2. Further, the cathode of the light emitting diode LED3 is directly connected to the zero volt line without passing through a switching transistor. Accordingly, the light emitting diode LED1 emits light when the transistor Q1 is switched on and controlled, and the light emitting diode LED2 emits light when the transistor Q2 is switched on and controlled. The light emitting diode LED 3 always emits light when the power switch SW is turned on.

To control the switching of the transistor Q1, a self-oscillation circuit including resistors R1 and R2, a capacitor C2, and three knot gate IC2 is provided. Further, in order to control the switching of the transistor Q2, a self-oscillation circuit composed of resistors R4 and R5, a capacitor C3, and three knot gate IC2 is provided. The former self-oscillation circuit is connected to the base of the transistor Q1 via the resistor R3, and the latter self-oscillation circuit is connected to the base of the transistor Q2 via the resistor R6. Then, the transistors Q1 and Q2 are controlled to be switched on when the signal from the self-oscillation circuit is logic "H", and cause the light emitting diode LED1 or the light emitting diode LED2 to emit light.

As described above, the light emitting diode LEDs 1, L
While ED2 emits light at irregular intervals, it emits light.
Since the LED 3 always emits light at the base of the flame-shaped case 2,

As described above, according to the present invention, the flame-shaped casing
When a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes built in the flash are irregularly emitted by the light-emission control means powered by a battery for a power source housed integrally, the emitted light is a flame. If you look inside the shaped case and see the flame-shaped case from the outside, it is made to flicker like the flame of an actual candle, so use it as a safe pseudo-candle lamp without using fire. You can Further, since the battery is built in as a power source, an external power source is not required and the cord is not drawn around, so that it can be used easily. Furthermore, as in the conventional light bulb type lighting, bulb outage occurs,
Since a relatively high temperature heat is not generated and the light bulb is not broken, it can be used as a pseudo candlelight having a long life and safety.

2. A plurality of light-emitting diodes are built in a semi-transparent flame-shaped case in the shape of a candle flame, and the respective light-emitting diodes are made to emit light irregularly, and the flame-shaped case is formed. A light emission control circuit that causes the same flame-shaped case to emit light like the flame of an actual candle when viewed from the outside of the lamp is further provided, and a battery serving as a power source for the light emission control circuit and the light emitting diode is provided. The main body case is arranged together with the light emission control circuit in the main body case to be combined with the flame-shaped case, and the main body case is inserted into a hole formed in a central shaft portion of a candle-shaped housing. The electronic flame lamp is characterized in that the housing is configured to stand up on a candle holder that is generally commercially available.
