ュの網目を有するステンレス金網を張装して作られ、後
端に近い適所を主体1に固設したバネ板8で支持され、
前端に近い適所を主体に軸設された偏心重錘型の振動機
構9に支持して取付けられている。10はこの振動機構
9を駆動するモーターである。

走行管11を往復動くするようになっているとともに、
走行管11が後退(図1において左方向)時は給水管1
9の適所に設けられた電磁弁(図示せず)を介して給水
が停止されるようになっている。さらに、この往復動は
別に設けられたタイマーを介して、その間隔を随時調整
でき、洗浄間隔を任意に設定できるようになっている。

kg/cm2)の噴射が行われるが、この噴射は濾過板
7に対し、ほぼ直角方向であるから、噴射流は網目を垂
直に貫き水膜や固形物を除去するとともに、この噴射は
後退時は行われないから、濾過板7上を前方に移動して
行く濾過すべき原料をう逆行させるおそれはなく、常に
濾過すべき原料の前進を促すように働く。なお、前記実
施例おいては濾過板7を下方からも洗浄する下記洗浄用
の手動バルブ20が設けられているが、このものは通常
は使用せず上部の洗浄の予備用であって、必ずしも必要
でないものである。この考案は以上のように、濾過板7
を100〜300メッシュに作ることにより、効率的に
微細物の濾過洗浄を行うことができ、しかも無人運転も
可能である等、多くの利点がある。
