【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 回転軸とパッキン箱との間にグランドパ
ッキンを挿入圧迫して漏れを阻止する軸封装置におい
て、前記グランドパッキンの一部又は全部に代えて、内
周面は前記回転軸に接し外周面は前記パッキン箱との間
に隙間を有する可動パッキンを挿入し、この可動パッキ
ンの軸方向両面に表面摩擦抵抗の小さい滑面リングを介
挿し、前記可動パッキンとパッキン箱との間の隙間に弾
性変形性能が大きい弾性Oリングを介挿したことを特徴
とする軸封装置。

A movable packing having a gap between the outer peripheral surface and the packing box is inserted, and a smooth surface ring having a small surface friction resistance is inserted on both axial surfaces of the movable packing, and the movable packing and the packing box are arranged between the movable packing and the packing box. A shaft sealing device characterized in that an elastic O-ring having a large elastic deformation performance is inserted in the gap.

て、前記グランドパッキンの一部又は全部に代えて、内
周面は前記回転軸に接し外周面は前記パッキン箱との間
に隙間を有する可動パッキンを挿入し、この可動パッキ
ンの軸方向両面に表面摩擦抵抗の小さい滑面リングを介
挿し、前記可動パッキンとパッキン箱との間の隙間に弾
性変形性能が大きい弾性Oリングを介挿し、前記滑面リ
ングに軸方向に突出する回り止め突起を設け、この回り
止め突起が所定の余裕をもって遊嵌する遊嵌穴を前記可
動パッキンに形成したことを特徴とする軸封装置。
