(課題を解決するための手段) 本発明者らは、V字型の刃の先端角のスクラップ側とブ

できることに着目し、ブランク側の盛り上がりの原因と
なる材料をスクラップ側に移動させるために、面取り部
形成用の刃の先端角のスクラップ側の角度を刃の先端角
のブランク側の角度より小さくすることにより本発明を
完成するに至った。

ように、板材1に面取り部形成用の刃2の先端を垂直に
当て、刃2のスクラップ側の傾斜角度をA、刃2のブラ
ンク側の傾斜角度をBとし、各A、Bの角度を変えて各
盛り上り量を調べた。盛り上り量は端部のプロフィール
形状において平坦な表面を基準とした際の起伏量として
求めた。

くことにより、より端部の盛り上り量を減少させること
が出来る。
