(Prior Art and Problems Thereof) Conventionally, a snow-melting agent made of a water-soluble inorganic salt such as calcium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride has been used to prevent snow-melting snow and freezing (freezing) of roads and airports. There is.

However, since these water-soluble inorganic salts have a higher viscosity than water, the slip resistance of the road surface is reduced due to inappropriate spraying (excessive spraying), and slippage is more likely to occur than during normal rainfall.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above problems, the present inventors have excellent slip resistance without impairing the excellent melt-and-snow performance of the water-soluble inorganic salt having deliquescent property, and are inexpensive melt-and-snow snow. The agent was thoroughly studied.
As a result, in addition to the water-soluble deliquescent water-soluble inorganic salt in combination with a specific ratio of ammonium chloride, the problems caused by the concentration of the snow-melting snow-melting agent are solved, and the intended purpose is achieved. The inventors have found the present invention and have proposed the present invention. That is, the present invention is a deliquescent water-soluble inorganic salt (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "water-soluble inorganic salt") and ammonium chloride as a main component, the weight ratio of the water-soluble inorganic salt and ammonium chloride is 4: It is a 1 to 1: 1 ice melting snow agent.

The present invention is characterized in that it is used as a composition consisting of ammonium chloride and a water-soluble inorganic salt having deliquescent property, and the ice-melting agent for such a composition has a viscosity of only the water-soluble inorganic salt during melting snow. It is lower than that of, and the slip resistance of the road surface increases, so it does not easily slip, and ammonium chloride also has snow-melting snow performance. Therefore, the excellent ice-melting snow performance of the deliquescent water-soluble inorganic salt is not impaired. Rather, the main purpose of the ice-melting snow agent is to penetrate into the fixed portion between the snow and snow and the road surface, and in view of improving the peelability of the portion, the ice-melting snow agent of the present invention exhibits a rapid effect on the ice-melting snow. After the water-soluble inorganic salt reaches the road surface, the slow-acting ammonium chloride gradually exerts the snow-melting property on the road surface, and therefore the above object is considered to be achieved more effectively.

Examples of the deliquescent water-soluble inorganic salt of the present invention include calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and the like. These water-soluble inorganic salts have the problem that the viscosity increases due to the above-mentioned concentration, but they have the characteristic of having a low freezing point and excellent ice-melting snow performance.

The ammonium chloride and the above-mentioned water-soluble inorganic salts used in the present invention remain solid in the form of crystals, particles, flakes, etc.
Alternatively, it may be either an aqueous solution. Further, the method of mixing these into a snow-melting snow-melting agent may be in any form as a solid mixture or a mixture of an aqueous solution, depending on the purpose of use, and a rust preventive agent or a coloring agent may be further added to these mixtures. Etc. can also be added.
