BACKGROUND ART FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a control panel A ′ of a conventional example, in which a door (b) is rotatably supported by an opening surface of a box-shaped box (a). An operation switch (d), a monitoring meter (c), and the like are arranged on the door (b).
Further, in the control panel A ', a control device to which a control signal is input, a controlled device which opens and closes a main contact in response to a signal from the control device, and the like are arranged. However, in such a conventional example, since the control device and the controlled device are randomly arranged, when the internal connection is performed, the connection between the control device and the controlled device or the controlled device and the main circuit is performed. There is a problem in that the wiring with the electric wires of the above is disturbed and the main circuit and the control circuit are mixed with each other.

The controlled device Y is arranged in the left section. Each component of the control device X and the controlled device Y is fixed by a mounting tool 19 mounted on the mounting plate 8. Control device X
The components are arranged in the vertical direction, the input terminal of each component is arranged on the right side, and the output terminal is arranged on the left side. The control device X includes, from above, a power lamp block 9 such as a pilot lamp that indicates whether the power is turned on or off, an ammeter block 10 such as an ammeter that monitors the current of the main circuit,
A control block 11 that receives control signals from operating switches and sensors from the outside, a display circuit block 12 that displays an abnormal state of the load, an alarm circuit block 13 that issues an alarm by a buzzer, etc., a floatless relay or liquid A liquid level detection block 14 and the like that receive signals from the surface sensor and the like are arranged. The controlled device Y arranged in the left section is provided with a breaker 15 for detecting a normal overcurrent flowing in a main circuit composed of three phases, a remote control breaker 16 for handle operation and remote operation, etc. from above. . As shown in FIG. 4, the breaker 15 is composed of a bimetal B 1 inserted in each circuit and a main contact S 1 for opening and closing the main circuit. The main contact S 1 is for handle operation and displacement of the bimetal B 1 . It is opened and closed by. That is, the bimetal B 1 detects the overcurrent and forcibly opens the main contact S 1 . The remote control breaker 16 is a bimetal B 2 that detects overcurrent, a short-circuit sensor C 2 such as a coil that detects short-circuit current, and a main contact that opens and closes the circuit.
Change the direction of the current flowing through S 2 and the exciting coil C 0 to change the main contact S 2
It is composed of diodes D 1 and D 2 that control the opening and closing of contacts and contacts S 3 and so on. In the exciting coil C 0 of the remote control breaker 16, a current is supplied from the control block 11 to the diode D 1 or D 2

Between the control device X and the controlled device Y, an elongated printed circuit board 17 is vertically arranged on the mounting plate 8 via a spacer 18. The printed board 17 is a wiring board for transmitting small signals such as control signals between the components of the control device X and control signals sent from the control device X to the controlled device Y. That is, the control signal from the output terminal of the control device X to the input terminal of the controlled device Y is input via the wiring pattern of the printed board 17. The wiring between the main circuits of the controlled device Y is, as shown in FIG. 2, a main circuit conductor bar 20 vertically arranged on the front side of the printed circuit board 17 on the input side of the controlled device Y.
It is carried out by. Further, the terminals of the ammeter block 10 of the control device X forming the main circuit are also wired by using the conductor bar 21. On the input side of the control device X, the wires connected to the input terminals of the respective components are bundled into one wire. The main circuit on the output side of the controlled device Y is also wired by bundling the power supply lines connected to the respective output terminals into one. On the other hand, the inner door 2 has an opening window 22 for exposing the display surface and the operation surface of the control device X and an operation window 23 for exposing the operation portion of the controlled device Y. The inner door 2 is opened and closed by the knobs 24 provided above and below the operation window 23. Both fixing bases 7a, 7b are movable in the front-rear direction by screwing a bolt 25 and a nut 26.
By changing the position of b in the front-back direction, the display surface and the operation surface of the control device X, the operation portion of the controlled device Y, the opening window 22 and the inner door 2 having the operation window 23 with respect to the opening surface of the box 1. The alignment is made easy. FIG. 3 shows a construction state of the control panel A, in which the box 1 is embedded in the construction surface Z and the outer door 3 is exposed to the front surface.

Further, each component of the control device X and the controlled device Y is the same module, and the mounting pitch of each component by the mounting tool 19 is twice or three times the minimum pitch, and is housed in the box 1. . Therefore, for example, the constituent parts of the control device X may be replaced with the constituent parts of the controlled device Y, or conversely, the constituent parts of the controlled device Y may be replaced with the constituent parts of the control device X as necessary. It is possible. Therefore, the box 1 can be commonly used as a versatile control panel, and the components can be mounted without any clearance, so that the space can be utilized very effectively.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention is a control device in which a box body including a box and a door is housed in the right section of the box, and an input terminal is provided on the right side and an output terminal is provided on the left side. And a controlled device which is housed in the left section of the box and which has an input terminal on the right side and an output terminal on the left side, which opens and closes the main contacts in response to signals from the control device, and a control device. Since it is provided with a main circuit conductor bar that is vertically arranged between the controlled device and branched and connected to the controlled device,
When the control panel is installed on the site and wiring is performed, the wiring locations are the control device inside the box such as the input terminal on the right side of the control device and the output terminal on the left side of the controlled device. Since it is located on the outer circumference, it does not disturb the wiring inside the internal unit, so wiring confirmation or inspection can be easily performed, and the left output terminal to which strong electric current is applied and the right input terminal to which weak electric current is applied are The wiring is provided with the internal unit separated from each other, so that it is possible to prevent touching. Also, since the main circuit conductor bar is branched and connected to the controlled device, the wiring work can be done easily and quickly, and the main circuit wire is extremely thick compared to the control wire wired on the right side of the device. When connecting the main circuit electric wire, which is wired on the left side of the internal unit, to the output terminal of the controlled device, it is possible to hold the electric wire with the left hand and perform the connection work with the right hand, so that the connection is generally easy. Moreover, since the terminals to be connected at the time of construction are provided outside the inner unit, there is no need for a separate terminal block,
This has the effect of providing a compact control panel.
