ガススプリングを連結した構成や、押上腕4をベッドフ
レーム1側に回動昇降自在に設けた構成等、適宜の機構
を用いることができる。前記背部床板2aの回動支点3側
の下側には、先端部を腰部側に突出させた支持腕6を幅
方向に一対設けている。符号7は腰部支持枠で、この腰
部支持枠7は一側を前記支持腕6の先端部に連結して支
持すると共に、他側を前記ベッドフレーム1に回動自在
に支持した遊動リンク8に連結して支持している。図に
於いて遊動リンク8は、背部床板2aを回動上昇させない
状態に於いては、腰部支持枠7側の連結個所を、ベッド
フレーム1側の連結個所よりも足部側に構成している
が、その位置は適宜である。また前記腰部支持枠7に
は、ベッドフレーム1の長手方向に対応して開口側を対
向させた一対の溝形の案内枠9を設けており、そしてこ
の案内枠9に移動自在に係合する支持ローラー10を腰部
床板2bに設け、該支持ローラー10を案内枠9に移動自在
に係合することにより、腰部床板2bを前記腰部支持枠7
の上側に、前記ベッドフレーム1の長手方向に移動自在
に支持している。なお、符号11は支持ローラー10の支持
枠であり、この支持枠11は前記腰部床板2bに固定してい
る。次に符号は足部床板2cであり、これを前記腰部床板
2bの足部側に屈曲自在に連結している。また足部床板2c
の端部には移動ローラー12を設けている。符号13は作動
リンクであり、この作動リンク13は幅方向に一対設けて
夫々腰部床板2bと背部床板2aの適所間に連結している。
