FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of a laminated structure of a conventional liquid-absorbent sheet. A liquid-absorbent sheet 1 is constituted by laminating a water-permeable sheet 2, a liquid-absorbent layer 3 and a water-impermeable sheet 4, The water-permeable sheet 2 is formed of a non-woven fabric, a perforated plastic film or the like, and the water-impermeable sheet 4 is formed of a plastic film or plastic laminated paper or the like. Further, the liquid absorbing layer 3 is formed by dispersing the super absorbent polymer material P in pulverized pulp or fiber aggregate. As the superabsorbent polymer material P, a polyacrylate having a crosslinked structure or the like is used.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the liquid absorbing sheet 1 having a structure as shown in FIG. 4, when the liquid droplets are absorbed by the super absorbent polymer material P, first, the liquid droplets have pores in the water permeable sheet 2. After passing through 2a to reach the liquid-absorbing layer 3, the pulverized pulp or fiber aggregate forming the liquid-absorbing layer 3 is permeated and finally absorbed by the superabsorbent polymer material P.

However, when the liquid droplets are concentratedly supplied to a part of the liquid absorbent sheet 1, due to the non-woven fabric forming the water permeable sheet 2 or the pulverized pulp forming the liquid absorbent layer 3 or the capillary phenomenon of the fiber aggregate, Although a part of the supplied liquid is slightly dispersed around the droplet supply point around the droplet supply point, it is intensively absorbed by the superabsorbent polymer material near the droplet supply point. As a result, the liquid absorbing state of the liquid absorbing sheet 1 was localized. That is, when a large amount of liquid flowed into one location of the liquid absorbent sheet 1, the liquid absorbing ability of the liquid absorbent sheet 1 was not effectively utilized.

Therefore, the present inventors spread the droplets that have passed through the water-permeable sheet to a large area before being absorbed by the superabsorbent polymer material, and even when a large amount of droplets flow into the same portion, The present invention has been completed by conducting studies for the purpose of providing a liquid absorbing sheet that can quickly absorb all droplets.

[Operation and Examples] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a typical example of the present invention. A characteristic configuration as compared with the conventional example of FIG. 4 is that an easily diffusible sheet 6 is provided as an easily diffusible layer between the water permeable sheet 2 and the liquid absorbing layer 3. The water-permeable sheet 2 and the water-impermeable sheet 4 are bonded at their peripheral edges with an adhesive such as a heat-sealing agent or a hot-melting agent, and the easily diffusible sheet 6 and the liquid-absorbing layer are formed inside the bag formed by this. 3 is stored.

As the water-permeable sheet 2, a non-woven fabric made of rayon, polypropylene, polyester or the like, or a circular shape,
A polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, in which rectangular and slit-shaped holes 2a are provided with a porosity of 0.1 to 10%,
A polyester film or a nylon film may be used, and a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a net or the like made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers may be used. Further, as the liquid absorbing layer 3, there is used one in which a super absorbent polymer material powder is dispersed and held between two sheets of non-woven fabric or water absorbing paper such as thin paper. Further, as the super absorbent polymer material P, it is preferable to use one having a water absorption capacity of 5 times or more. For example, polyacrylic acid salt crosslinked product, isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer saponified product, vinyl acetate-acrylic acid. It is recommended to use saponified ester copolymer, or starch-acrylic acid graft polymer. As the water impermeable sheet 4, it is desirable to use a plastic film, a plastic film reinforced with a net or the like, or a plastic laminated paper. Further, a deodorant, a preservative or the like may be added to the liquid absorbing layer 3 if necessary.

On the other hand, the easily diffusible sheet 6 is formed of paper, non-woven fabric, or woven fabric made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, and has a property of diffusing the supplied water-based liquid in all directions more quickly than in the thickness direction. The index showing the diffusibility of the easily diffusible layer can be determined by the Klemm water absorption measured by the paper absorption test method in JISP8141 (1965).

The easily diffusible layer used in the present invention needs to have a higher Klemm's water absorbency than a material such as water absorbent paper forming the liquid absorbing layer. For example, when the basis weight is 16 to 21 g / m 2 , the water absorption paper forming the water absorption layer has a Klemm water absorption of 20 to 60 mm / 10 minutes, while the easily diffusible layer has a Klemm water absorption of 70 mm / 10.
It is desired to use a material having a length of at least minutes, more preferably at least 100 mm / 10 minutes. A typical example of the easily diffusible layer satisfying the above conditions is easily diffusible paper using long fibers having a fiber length of 2 mm or more obtained from a conifer such as pine among wood fibers. A typical example of the easily diffusible layer in the present invention is the easily diffusible sheet as described above,
It is not particularly limited as long as it exhibits the same function as the easily diffusible paper, and, for example, a fibrous material aggregate can also be used as the easily diffusible layer.

In addition, if the supply point of droplets is limited and the required direction of droplet dispersion is constant, the fiber orientation method is determined beforehand

2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a partially broken explanatory view showing the whole liquid-absorbent sheet shown in FIG. 2, and the liquid-absorbent layer 3 is embossed. As the water-permeable sheet 2 is used, the edges of the water-permeable sheet 2 are folded back and adhered to the water-impermeable sheet 4, and the liquid-absorbent layer 3 and the easily diffusible sheet 6 are spread to the inside of the folded back to form a liquid-absorbable area. Is further enhanced. The water-permeable sheet 2 may be formed on both sides in place of the water-impermeable sheet 4, and in that case, the easily diffusible sheet 6 is also arranged between the water-permeable sheet 2 and the back surface of the liquid absorbent layer 3. It is also possible to dispose the easily diffusible sheet 6 on both surfaces of the liquid absorbing layer 3 in this way.
May be formed in two folds or in a bag shape.

A diffusion paper of 02 (width) (mm / 10 minutes) was placed, and a polyester nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 28 g / m 2 was further laminated thereon. Then, a polyethylene film was provided on the other surface side of the water absorbing layer 3, and the nonwoven fabric and its peripheral portion were bonded by heat fusion to prepare a liquid absorbing sheet. As a comparative example, a liquid absorbing sheet without the diffusion paper was prepared separately.

As a result, in the product of the present invention, the average colored area was 6.98 cm 2.
On the other hand, in the case of the comparative example, it was 4.05 cm 2 , and it was found that the liquid absorbing area can be expanded by providing the diffusion paper.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is configured as described above, the liquid that has passed through the water-permeable sheet is quickly diffused into a large area and reliably absorbed by the highly water-absorbent polymer material. It became possible to absorb this quickly even when there was a concentrated liquid supply in a part.
