Abstract

PURPOSE:To save telephone charges by providing a telephone function and an automatic calibration function with one telephone line by automatically dialing the telephone number of a demander according to a prescribed procedure at an automatic calibrating device and making possible the transmission of calibration data corresponding to a password. CONSTITUTION:When remotely calibrating the calibration data of respective integrators 5, 6 and 7 for electric power, gas and city water installed at respective demanders from a calibration center in the automatic calibration system utilizing telephone lines, a host computer 1 controls an automatic calling device ADS and performs calling by automatically dialing the telephone number of the demander. At such a time, the telephone number is dialed according to a prescribed procedure, a network control processor RCP on the demander side recognizes that the call is originated from the automatic calibrating device by using a calling signal detection circuit 8 and transmits the calibration data corresponding to the password after an automatic answer through the telephone line. Thus, the telephone function and the automatic calibration function can be provided by one telephone line.

In the case of the above-mentioned means (1), it is a technical technique to lay a dedicated telephone line for automatic calibration, which is different from the telephone line connected to the telephone, to all the subscribers. It is virtually impossible to achieve because it will become a national and economic problem. Further, in the case of the means of (2), when the call signal from the calibration center or the calling party is received by the adapter for switching the application, the adapter judges whether it is the automatic calibration function or the telephone function, and the calibration meter or the telephone. In this case, if there is no connection instruction to the calibrator, after waiting for a predetermined time, it automatically switches to the telephone function and rings the telephone bell. However, in the above means, since the telephone charge is calculated from the time when it is received by the adapter, there is a problem that the telephone charge is added even when the call bell is ringing, and the telephone charge is increased especially when calling an absence home. .

[Means for Solving the Problems] The technical means for solving the above problems is to calibrate the calibration data of electric power, gas, water, etc. by each calibrator installed in each customer via a telephone line. An automatic calibration system using a telephone line that is transmitted to the center and calibrated by an automatic calibration device provided in the calibration center is installed in the calibration program in the automatic calibration device between the automatic calibration device of the calibration center and the telephone line. Based on this, the telephone number of each customer with a calibrator to be calibrated is automatically dialed, the call is interrupted at a predetermined n1 times, and the connection is established by re-dialing, the customer is installed with each customer. Each of the consumers is connected to an automatic calling device provided with a modem for enabling data communication between the automatic weighing device and the telephone line. Between the telephone and the telephone line, when the ringing signal transmitted from the telephone line is detected and the number of times the ringing signal is detected reaches a predetermined n1 times and the detection of the ringing signal is interrupted, the calibration data is detected. When the call signal is detected again within a predetermined time t1 seconds, the automatic response is made, and then the calibration data of the calibrator corresponding to the password is automatically transmitted through the modem and the telephone line. This is a configuration in which a network control processing device for transmission to the calibration device is connected.

According to the automatic calibration system using the telephone line configured as described above, the calibration data of electric power, gas, water, etc. by the respective calibration meters installed in each customer can be remotely controlled by the automatic calibration device of the calibration center. When calibrating, the automatic call device automatically dials the telephone number of the customer who has the calibrator to be calibrated based on the calibrating program in the calibrator according to a predetermined procedure, thereby controlling the network on the customer side. The equipment recognizes that it is a call from the automatic calibration equipment, confirms the other party of communication by exchanging the password after the automatic response, and the calibration data of the calibration meter corresponding to the password.
Data is transmitted to the automatic weighing device via a modem and a telephone line.

Next, the operation of the automatic calibration system having the above structure will be described with reference to the process chart of FIG. (1) Since the host computer system 1 recognizes the customer's telephone number from the calibration schedule based on the concentration program and opens the telephone line, the modem 4 can be received. Signal to keep
That is, the ER signal is output to the automatic calling device ADS. (2) When the automatic calling device ADS receives the ER signal, it outputs a data transmission enable signal, that is, a CS (CD) signal to the host computer system 1. (3) The host computer system 1 sends the telephone number of the customer to the automatic calling device ADS by a CRN command. Incidentally, the CRN command is for calling by designating a partner number. (4) The automatic calling device ADS activates the line and dials based on the CRN command. (5) The automatic calling device ADS restores the line to interrupt dialing after detecting the ringing tone a predetermined number of times n1 times.

(6) The automatic calling device ADS performs line activation and dialing again based on the CRN command. (7) The network control processing unit RCP which has detected the call signal from the telephone switching network NET causes the host computer system 1 to send the calibration data of the respective calibrators when the first call signal is interrupted a predetermined number of times n1 times. It transits to the calibration data transmission standby state for transmission. The network control processor RCP does not generate the ringing tone of the telephone 10 until the first ringing signal is received a predetermined number of times n1 times. Then, when the first call signal is interrupted a predetermined number of times n1 times, time monitoring for a predetermined time t1 is performed. (8) The network control processing unit RCP automatically responds when it receives a calling signal from the telephone switching network NET during the time monitoring of the predetermined time t1. On the other hand, if the ringing signal is not received during the monitoring of the predetermined time t1, the network control processor RCP
Returns to the initial state and is connected to the telephone 10. (9) The automatic calling device ADS detects the reversal of the direction in which the direction of the current flowing in the line is reversed by the automatic response of the network control processing device RCP, and confirms the connection completion. At this point, the automatic calling device ADS and the network control processing device RCP are in a call state. (10) The network control processor RCP is an automatic calling device ADS
A DTMF signal for requesting a password (which itself is also a kind of password) is transmitted.

(11) The automatic calling device ADS has a password.
When the request signal is received, the password corresponding to the calibration type based on the concentration program is returned to the network control processing unit RCP with a DTMF signal. (12) When the network control processor RCP receives the password, it verifies the validity and then sends a transfer request signal of the calibration data to the calibration meter corresponding to the password. (13) The calibration meter corresponding to the password transfers the calibration data to the network control processor RCP. (14) When the network control processor RCP receives the calibration data, it temporarily stores the data and reports the data preparation completion to the automatic calling device ADS by a DTMF signal. (15) The automatic calling device ADS is the network control processing device RCP.
When the data preparation completion report signal from the device is received, the CS (CD) signal for data transmission is turned off, the DR signal indicating that the modem can transmit and receive is turned on, and the data communication mode is set.
Transition to DO. (16) The network control processing unit RCP transits to the data communication mode after reporting the data preparation completion. (17) The network control processing unit RCP transmits the calibration data to the host computer system 1 after transitioning to the data communication mode. The calibration data is externally stored based on the above-mentioned collecting program. (18) After transmitting the calibration data, the network control processor RCP restores the line. (19) After receiving the calibration data, the host computer system 1 turns off the ER signal according to the calibration program and closes the line. (20) When the ER signal is turned off, the automatic calling device ADS turns off the DR signal and then restores the line.

As described above, according to the present invention, the automatic calling device automatically dials the telephone number of the customer in which the calibrator to be calibrated is installed based on the calibrating program in the calibrating device according to a predetermined procedure. By doing so, the network control processing device on the customer side recognizes that the call is from the automatic calibration device, confirms the other communication partner by exchanging the password after the automatic response, and supports the password. Since the calibration data of the calibrated meter is configured to be transmitted to the automatic calibration device via the modem and the telephone line, the telephone function and the automatic calibration function can be achieved by one telephone line, and the above conventional There is no useless telephone charge like the method using an adapter.
