は、焼室を転回して水を張るとこれを電気ヒーターによ
り加熱して焼室の煮沸洗浄ができるから、油分やドリッ
プ等の焼き付きも簡単に除去されて焼室を手間をかけず
きれいにできるから、油分が多い食品は、これから出る
油分を下側のヒーターにより焼いて煙を出し、この煙で
いぶし焼きにすることにより炭火焼きのような特有の香
味を付与して製品の食感、食味を大幅に改善できる特有
の効果を奏するものである。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 焼室の内部に食品の支持体と、その一側
か両側に対応する電気ヒーターとを配設して、該ヒータ
ーにより前記支持体に支持される食品を焼く食品焼器に
おいて、前記焼室を開口が上へ向くように転回し、その
内部に水を張って前記ヒーターにより加熱できる構成と
したことを特徴とする食品焼器。
