切断刃(4)の切断軸(8)に対して遠近揺動自在な切換え部
材(9)に支承して前記切換え部材(9)の揺動に伴って受刃

変更可能に構成し、さらに、前記一対の供給刃(1)と掻
込みホイール(7)との間における供給軸(6)部分にワラの

材(5)の一端に設けた周り止め用の支持部(18)を支持す
るための支持フレーム(14)を設け、さらに、前記切換え
部材(9)の揺動支点を前記スクレパー部材(5)のワラ排出
