[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-described conventional mobile telephone exchange system, when a call is made from a mobile terminal and all the radio channels for communication are busy, the call is lost. Is treated as
The calling subscriber must repeat the calling operation until he / she can acquire the radio channel for communication without knowing how busy the exchange is, and this further amplifies the congestion. In addition, if a small number of subscribers occupy a limited number of call radio channels for a long time, a large number of subscribers will be unable to make call connections. In order to avoid the situation as much as possible, it is necessary to provide a large number of radio channels for communication, and there is a drawback that the equipment cost of the switching system becomes expensive.

The mobile telephone exchange system of the present invention, when a call is made from a mobile radio telephone when the radio channel is in the busy state, accepts the called party number information including the called party number, sets it in a queue, and counts the waiting time. Then, the call reception information and the maximum waiting time are returned to the calling telephone set via the control wireless channel, and when the call channel is assigned, the callee number information held is sent to the public telephone network. Call origination means for making a call and at the same time transmitting the allocated call channel information to the radio base station via the control line, and if the waiting time of the call at the head of the queue reaches a predetermined time, it is determined separately. There is an interrupting means for outputting a call disconnection notice by a voice device to a call which has been in use for more than a predetermined call time, disconnecting after a certain time and assigning the call channel to the first call in the queue.

When all the wireless channels are busy, a call is made from the personal telephone 1 or the automobile wireless telephone 2, and (calling information + callee number) 21 is the control wireless channel 13, the wireless base station 5,
When reaching the mobile switching center 8 via the control line 7, the (calling information + callee information) 21 is set in the waiting queue by the calling waiting circuit 16 and counting of waiting time for calling is started. It At the same time, the traffic information 22 including the call acceptance information and the maximum waiting time is sent to the calling subscriber on the control channel.
It is returned via 13 and displayed on the display section 12 or 14 of the personal telephone 1 or the automobile radio telephone 2. After that, when an empty call channel is captured in the mobile switch 8 or a call channel is assigned by forced disconnection, the mobile switch 8 puts the call at the head of the queue to the public telephone switch 10 in a calling state, Sends the called party number,
Therewith sent over the control line 7 of the call channel information 23 1 upstream and downstream captured the radio base station 5 simultaneously. The traffic channel information 23 2 uplink to the wireless base station 5 is supplied through a control radio channel 13 transmits to the calling subscriber, speech path confirmation signal to the communication channel of the downlink
24 1 is output. At this time, the call waiting state of the subscriber is canceled and the counting of waiting time is stopped.
