Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of communication exchange by facsimile equipment and to reduce manual work by automating transmission. CONSTITUTION:A dial signal is sent from a telephone set part 1 through a telephone line 3 to the other party's facsimile equipment. When the other party's facsimile equipment is busy, a speech intermediate tone (400Hz) appeared in the telephone line 3 is detected by a speech intermediate tone detecting section 4b and displayed on a display section to inform it to the operators. When no speech intermediate tone is detected, whether or not CED (2100Hz) is detected for about 0-10 seconds is waited and when it is not detected, no response is displayed on a control panel. When the CED (2100Hz) is detected by a detecting section 4a of identification signals of station to be called, a relay (cm1) is controlled to make the facsimile equipment on the side of transmission facsimile transmission state, and the communication exchange by facsimile is enabled.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a facsimile machine, and more particularly to an automatic transmission / reception facsimile machine capable of automatically performing facsimile transmission. 2. Description of the Related Art In the current facsimile apparatus, in the receiving function, a ring tone (16 Hz) is detected and facsimile communication is automatically started. However, in the transmission function, as is clear from the transmission procedure flowchart of the conventional facsimile apparatus shown in FIG. 3, whether or not transmission is possible depends on human beings. The current situation. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to enable facsimile transmission to be started without performing an operation such as pressing a transmission button. It is intended to improve the reliability of facsimile communication and to reduce the number of manpower by eliminating mistakes such as operation due to the above and automating the transmission. According to the present invention, in a transmission / reception facsimile apparatus, a dial signal corresponding to a reception side facsimile terminal signal of a transmission destination, which is generated in the telephone section, is transmitted via the telephone line. And a first control circuit section which makes the receiving side facsimile machine ready for transmission, and an identification indicating that the receiving side facsimile machine is in a receivable state generated in response to the transmitted dial signal. A signal detection section for detecting that the signal is an identification signal indicating that the signal is in a receivable state, and the facsimile signal of the facsimile section is received via the telephone line when the signal detection section detects the identification signal. A second control circuit unit that is in a state of being capable of transmitting to the side facsimile device, and when the detection unit detects the identification signal, the above-mentioned An automatic transmission / reception facsimile apparatus is arranged so that a facsimile signal of a facsimile section can be transmitted to the reception side facsimile apparatus via the telephone line. In order to reduce the human hand as much as possible, for example, a telephone or a free caller or the like is used in combination with a facsimile machine, and the subsequent processing is performed by the facsimile machine simply by turning the dial of the transmission destination. . For that purpose, the facsimile machine itself must have the ability to recognize various signals sent from the exchange.
However, when used as a facsimile machine, busy (400 Hz) and the called station identification signal CED (the signal 2100 sent from the receiving side facsimile machine of the transmission destination)
If it can recognize two types of frequency (Hz), it is sufficient that it has the function of the current facsimile device. In this way, it is possible to improve the reliability of facsimile transmission by automating the parts that conventionally depend on human hands. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a main part of an automatic transmission / reception facsimile apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a flow chart showing a transmission procedure of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a telephone unit for generating a dial signal, 2 is a dial signal for the telephone unit 1, and a facsimile apparatus (not shown) selectively supplies a facsimile signal for a facsimile unit to a telephone line 3. Showing a line control circuit for the telephone line 1 and a circuit comprising a line line for guiding the dial signal of the telephone unit 1 and the facsimile signal of the facsimile unit to the telephone line, and the telephone line in response to the dial signal. 3 shows a detection circuit for detecting a signal indicating the state of the receiving side facsimile apparatus of the transmission destination, which circuit detects, for example, a called identification signal CED (2100 Hz) and a busy tone (400 Hz). ) Is included in the busy sound detection unit 4b. CED detector 4a and busy tone (400Hz)
Although various methods can be considered for the busy sound detection unit 4b for detecting, a specific example thereof will be omitted. Reference numeral 5 is a hookup detection circuit that detects when the handset of the telephone unit 1 is hooked up (hook up), and 6 is a ring tone (16H).
A ring tone detection circuit for detecting z), cm1,1 are relays. As shown in FIG. 1, by adding a detection circuit for detecting signals such as CED (2100 Hz) and busy tone (400 Hz) to the line control circuit 2 of the facsimile machine, each facsimile is thereafter processed. This can be done by software control of the device. FIG. 2 shows the soft control, and the transmission procedure of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, by operating the telephone unit 1 and dialing in, a dial signal is transmitted from the telephone unit to the facsimile apparatus on the other side through the telephone line 3. As a result, when the facsimile machine of the other party is busy, a busy tone (400 Hz) indicating that the telephone line 3 is busy (the telephone line is in use).
Appears, and the facsimile machine on the transmission side detects the busy tone detection unit 4
At b, the busy tone is detected and the operator is notified by displaying the detection on the display unit on the operation panel, for example. Here, when the busy tone is not detected, 0 to 1
It waits for about 0 second to detect whether CED (2100 Hz) is detected. As a result, if CED (2100 Hz) is not detected, no response is displayed on the operation panel. During this period, the CED (2100 Hz) is set to the called station identification signal detection unit 4a.
If it is detected by (1), the relay (cm1) is controlled so that the facsimile apparatus on the transmitting side is set to the facsimile transmission enabled state to enable facsimile communication. According to the present invention, if the facsimile machine on the receiving side is in a receivable state after calling the facsimile machine on the receiving side from the facsimile machine on the transmitting side, the facsimile machine on the transmitting side can be received. Therefore, the facsimile signal can be automatically transmitted to the receiving side facsimile device, that is, without performing the transmission operation for transmission, and the operability can be simplified. Also, because the transmission is automated,
It is possible to eliminate manual operation errors and the like as in the conventional case, and improve the reliability of facsimile communication. Also,
By providing the display function, the operator can be surely notified of the current operating state, so that the corresponding operation can be performed accurately.
