In the conventional configuration of a component assembly, when supplying components, it is necessary to peel off the cover tape covering the opening of the storage recess and wind it up. Therefore, a cover tape winding means, a reel and the like are required. Further, the stripped cover tape cannot be reused and is disposable, which is very costly and wasteful.

[0008] While the component assembly is wound on a reel or conveyed, a load is applied to the component assembly by bending, and a gap is created between the opening of the carrier tape and the cover tape. Therefore, the opening of the storage recess cannot be sealed. Therefore, the stored parts may be tilted, caught in the gap, or popped out.

In order to solve the above two points, a method of removing the cover tape and pressing the component so that the component does not pop out can be considered. However, since the component is directly fixed and pressed, a considerable force is required when the component is taken out, it is difficult to adjust the force, and the component is repelled and it is difficult to take out. Even when the parts were stored in the carrier tape, they could not be stored mechanically well and had to be done manually.

Further, since a constant strong force is always applied to the parts, when the carrier tape is reused many times, when the parts are fitted into or removed from the package, the pressing portion is extremely loaded and the pressing force is increased. Was degraded or damaged.

In order to achieve this object, the component assembly of the present invention can be opened and closed in an opening of a package having a storage recess for storing components, and the components do not fly out. In addition, a means for preventing the component from popping out, which has a gap with the component, is provided.

According to the above construction, by providing the means for preventing the parts from popping out at the opening of the package, it acts as a cover tape and does not directly hold and press the parts, so that no excessive force is applied to the parts. , Parts are not scratched. In addition, opening and closing of the component jump-out prevention means enables the components to be taken in and out without difficulty, and automation has become possible.

Reference numeral 1 is a carrier tape, and 2 is a component popping-out preventing means (hereinafter referred to as a shutter), and a projection 3 is provided on the upper surface of the shutter 2. Carrier tape 1
Has a feed hole 4 for intermittent feeding, and a component storage portion 6 for storing a component 5 is formed integrally with the carrier tape 1. The shutter 2 is also integrally formed in the opening 7 of the carrier tape 1 and can be opened and closed by utilizing the elastic pressure of the resin. This integrally formed component is the component assembly 8. The shutter 2 does not press the component 5, but is provided with a gap to prevent the component 5 from inclining or popping out in the component housing 6 and is not in contact. However, it is possible as long as the load is not applied to the component 5. When the tape cassette 13 of the parts cassette is provided with the groove cam 14 when it is sent to the parts take-out position 12, the projection 3 of the shutter 2 enters the groove cam 14 and the shutter 2 is spread on both sides. To be The component 5 is taken out of the component storage unit 6 when the component 5 is in the maximum spread state. After taking out, groove cam 1
It is returned to its original state by the guide 4 and then returned to the normal position by the elasticity of the shutter 2 itself. Also, the groove cam 1
In No. 4, the tape presser 13 is slightly floated in the vicinity of a part unloading position 12 so that the protrusions 3 can be smoothly engaged with each other by intermittent feeding of the part assembly 8. After the parts are taken out, the parts aggregate 8 is conveyed along the curve of the sprocket wheel 15 and wound on the take-up reel 16 or stored as it is for reuse. Therefore, since the component assembly 8 moves along the sprocket wheel 15 and separates from the tape retainer 13, the protrusion 3 bitten into the groove cam 14 is smoothly and naturally removed.

Further, the lead 17 of the component 5 is placed in the component storage section 6.
A groove 18 (or an insertion hole) for accommodating the is provided. When the groove 18 is applied with a force to pinch the lead 17 or is inserted into a sponge-like object, the lead 17 may bend when it is stored. Therefore, depending on the shape of the components to be stored, A groove 18 slightly larger than the lead 17 of the component is provided in the determined component storage portion 6,
The structure is such that lead bending of parts does not occur. Therefore, when the component 5 is normally stored in the component storage portion 6 having the groove 18, it is guaranteed that the lead 17 is not bent, and the defective product can be discriminated in advance.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, connecting parts 19 and 20 are provided in the conveying direction of the respective component assemblies 8, and the tip of the connecting part 19 is covered by the connecting part 20 of the next component assembly 8. So that they are connected in the mold forming the component assembly.
Each time the component aggregates 8 are formed one by one, they are connected to each other to create a tape. Although the connection method in this case is not removable, the connection portions 19 and 20 can be disconnected by providing uneven portions at the tips thereof, respectively, and a required number of component assemblies 8 can be connected. If the parts assembly can be removed, the number of parts can be adjusted and managed.

As is apparent from the above description of the embodiments, the present invention provides the shutter means for the protrusion of parts caused by the loss of the cover tape.
It is possible to prevent the parts from jumping out, and at the same time, resource saving and material cost reduction have been realized. In addition, since there is no pressing, the parts can be transported without damaging them. Furthermore, no extra force is required when taking out the parts, mistakes in taking out the parts are eliminated, and even if the parts assembly is reused many times, the shutter is not loaded and is not damaged. Since the shutter is opened and closed using the elasticity of resin, it has a simple mechanism.
